Staying at the Zen Den is always my favorite. It’s the perfect size and in the best location for hanging out in downtown Woodland and just a quick straight shot to Davis. The home is very well done and appointed. Very clean with everything you need for a stay. Just a few blocks from a lot of great restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

We had a great stay at Cameron’s place! Very comfortable and Cameron was very responsive to our requests.

Clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Located just down the street from a large park, grocery store and some restaurants just a couple miles away. Host was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns.

Helpful and responsive. We had a lovely visit and appreciated having our adult kids out for a barbecue and games poolside during our visit

Great location for anyone who wants to stay close to restaurants, shopping, and more. The area is nice, residential, and quiet. The place was good overall, but a few things needed attention, such as the broken towel rack in the bathroom. The host was responsive! I’d be happy to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed in Tina’s “Cabana” for five nights while visiting our grandchildren. The location was perfect, her backyard was stunning and we loved our stay in Sacramento. Will definitely be back.

By far one of the best and cleanest Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Comfortable beds and furniture, very well stocked kitchen, pristine pool and peaceful quiet backyard, spotlessly clean (even behind the nightstands and under the beds!), fun toys for kids. Maria is incredibly kind and a great communicator. I will absolutely request to stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

What an absolutely gorgeous, picture perfect home with everything you need and the location can not be beat. Just a 2 minute walk from old Folsom - so many restaurants, bars and fun shops. Stunning views from each window and the outdoor space is incredible. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool and fire pit!

Sheila’s home is truly magical. Every detail of the space is thoughtful, warm, and inviting. It’s clear how much love and care went into creating such a peaceful retreat. From the cozy interiors to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheila was communicative, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

As expected. Nice and quiet! Instructions were clear and Christian was very responsive and even proactive into reaching out to make sure we enjoyed our stay! Was perfect for its use. Comfy bed, clear instructions for everything & never heard or saw a car come in or out! Didn’t even look like anyone was ever home in the main house in front! Definitely enjoyed the stay and would stay here again when visiting or passing through Sacramento!

Great place, clean and spacious, quiet and with easy access to general area. Would have liked to see more utensils and cookware. We were unable to cook and serve a full meal for our group of 7. Would stay again with those changes.

This was the cutest bungalow! We had such a wonderful stay. Adolfo and Stevie were super proactive, giving us all the info we needed, and super great suggestions for local food and drinks. The location is super walkable with tons of great options 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the house. We loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.
