Logan's place was great! He was very responsive & even allowed my family a last minute late checkout when my daughter needed to be seen at the ER. Very family friendly, good location & wildlife in the area. We seen a cute red fox hunting right outside the front door.

I was able to see huge aurora from the garden! So calm during my stay and the view from the window was perfect. I also saw a pair of moose while walking around here. Highly recommend!

Great location, near shopping and restaurants. Being on a second level made it feel more private and gave us views of the trees. Coffee was provided as well as 2 coffee maker options, this was really sweet to find. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Very easy check in and check out. Would definitely come back. This studio is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood as well, but not uncomfortably quite ;)

Winter-time review:. Solid place. Short drive to Airport and Train-station. Easy to get most places in the city. Very quiet at night when the garage isn't in use. (Listing does say it is over an active garage.) Minimal road noise makes for quiet sleep. It isn't *dark* dark around the property, but we had no problems seeing the Aurora dance right down the stairs to the parking lot. There is a flight of stairs leading up to the property, but they are not too steep and the steps have a comfortable depth to them. It is easy to warm the house with the electric fireplace's fan. The parking lot can get slippery since it gets plowed, but we also had a warm snap with rain followed by a significant cold snap, so ice is unavoidable. The kitchen is quality with solid appliances in good condition. The bed was good, the black couch folds down into a bed, the loveseat couch is big enough for a 6' person to lay down comfortably. Price was great and Kyle was attentive and communicative. Very worth it.

The space was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Melanie's personal touches— like a welcome note, local recommendations really stood out and made the experience unforgettable. What truly sets Melanie apart is her extraordinary attention to detail and care. She went out of her way to ensure I was well taken care of, checking in for my safety and way more that I cannot count or say in here which is uncommon for most hosts. I cannot recommend her or her property enough. Thank you, Melanie, for being such an exceptional host!

Zhenhua was an awesome host and was very accommodating for a 1-night stay on short notice. Would have loved to stay longer if I could!

We're Alaskans who stay in Fairbanks every 6 wks during the winter. We live in the woods far away from everybody so to find a place like this that is cozy, peaceful, away from everything but still within 10 min is a GEM! We loved it. She was a great host. Very responsive. I loved having all check in/check out details in advance. Her place is cute and the hot water is to die for!

The owner and Evolve team were responsive, extremely helpful and accommodating with our ever changing flight itinerary while attempting to arrive. Additionally we had an unfortunate mishap when we arrived home very early (3:00 am early) from an arctic circle and the key pad had stopped working and we couldn’t get in. They were responsive and we were able to gain access.

This place was very comfortable and I loved that it was on a lake because we got to see the Aurora over it one night! Their employee, Polly, was super helpful and was always willing to come help us in a ridiculous turnaround time (most times within 3-15 mins! Fastest I’ve ever been helped). She was always so willing to help with recommendations and we really enjoyed the restaurant that she recommended! Check-in was wildly easy and I loved not having a key. Especially because when you’re walking in with your hands full and it’s freezing, the last thing you wanna do is be fiddling with a key. Would recommend this stay to anyone

What an incredible visit we had to Fairbanks and sharing Leila and Nate's beautiful home made it even more special. The space couldn't have been more cozy and welcoming. They have put so much thoughtful consideration into making their guests feel at home and thinking of everything their guests may need (and even things I wouldn't have thought to ask for!). The property is private, quiet and has breathtaking views from several different angles, including from the living room window. We were able to walk to the side of the yard, sit in the Adirondack chairs and wait for a glimpse of the Aurora, and one evening were blessed with a spectacular display right there on the property. The other evenings it snowed, which provided a different type of beauty that we don't often get to enjoy in Texas. Our family of four had ample space to relax during the day and sleep comfortably at night. Leila provided so much helpful information and we felt so at home. Looking forward to a return visit!

This place is AMAZING when it comes to sky views. We traveled across multiple spots nearby chasing the aurora and were fortunate to experience one of the best views in the front yard of this house. Everything else was great as well, the house was clean and check in/check out process was a breeze. Would definitely visit this place again, for our next Alaska tour.

Really appreciated the hospitality!! Took advantage of the shared kitchen every morning. Went to The Pump House for dinner and had the salmon and seafood chowder, caught the northern lights, and took a trip to Chena hot springs. Will definitely be back someday!
