Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fairborn

My husband and I stayed at Megan’s place for a little over a week. It was exactly as described. You can tell from the outside that the building is an older building, but definitely was very modern was you got inside. It is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and stores, some even in walking distance (didn’t walk because it was cold). Megan was very quick to respond whenever I messaged about anything. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend others to stay as well.

Lovely place. Kitchen fabulous! and made home cooked meals. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and slept well after a long flight. Felt at home and would definitely recommend and will stay again when I return to Hamilton. Thank you Michael and Patricia!

Perfect 9 day stay for visiting friends in town. Kaysee thought of everything to make you feel at home. She even made sure there was a regular coffee maker since we are not Keurig fans. Bathroom was equipped with toiletries and even toothbrushes and toothpaste. Nice bath towels and lots of TP. Beds were super comfortable and extra warm blankets great for chilly OH winters. Location is perfect, Kroger a minute drive away and downtown is even walkable! We would definitely book this again!

This newly refurbished loft style apartment was centrally located and perfect for our Valentine's Day weekend. My wife loved the soft urban decor. The door access was secure, but easy to use.

My daughter and I stayed here with our three dogs while she was showing at the world equestrian center. Our host was really fantastic. It is an older apartment complex and the stairs to it are very steep but very cozy welcoming nice place to stay, especially for somebody showing locally with their horses.

Very tidy apt. With a washer dryer in the apt. Very handy. It was a very quiet area with no traffic noise.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The neighborhood would not be one I would choose; however Lena’s place was just like the pictures and I instantly felt at home when I entered, I loved everything about the inside, it was comfy, cozy, accommodating, and clean. Lena was a very responsive host and easy to work with. I would definitely stay again!

Sweet little nest to stay for a night while passing through.. had everything needed & plenty of space for me & two friends to stay in our own comfortable beds. Tara was kind & communicative.

Beth's home is one of the cleanest Air B&B's we've ever stayed in! It was beautifully cared for and ready for us when we arrived. Beth was wonderful to communicate with, and the location was perfect for our Cedarville student. It's within walking distance to the school, but tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. Beautiful home!! The only thing I'd add here that would have been helpful to know...the beds at Beth's place are VERY firm mattresses. If you're sensitive to that as some in our family are, you may want to take that into consideration. All of the beds were the same material and all extremely firm, which did make sleeping uncomfortable. But that's because of our back issues/sensitivities. If you're not sensitive to that, then this place will be absolutely perfect and one that I wish all hosts would model after!

Fabrice was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We evacuated Florida to get away from Hurricane Milton and Fabrice was easy to work with and very understanding when extending our stay several times until we were able to get back to Florida. We appreciate his hospitality and would definitely stay again here again.

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

I arrived at night and very much appreciated that a number of lights had been left on. The home was SPOTLESS and exactly as described - lots of towels, toiletries, detergent. Great in town location, but very close to WEC. Am planning to stay here again when I return to Wilmington.

Very clean cozy space close to UD. Ample street parking. Enjoyed the comfortable beds, nice shower & bathroom. Host was communicative, WiFi worked great. I would stay here again.

This was a great stay from start to finish. Jaime was very responsive to any questions asked. The place was very clean and had the amenities we needed for our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I am pleased with our stay. Great place, Great price, Amazing host!

Renee was great! We came up for WEC and were concerned about the weather. Renee was flexible and communicated as we traveled up and reassured us about the road conditions. The efficient townhouse was lovely. You can tell that the host cares about their guests. There were plenty of clean linens available, plus a washer and dryer with supplies for doing laundry & a pull out rack for hanging laundry to dry. The kitchen had everything that a guest could need except a butler! :) I really appreciated this because I bring my own food and cook. I enjoyed relaxing in the chaise lounge by the cozy fireplace. There were plenty of hangers, and ironing board, iron, night lights, a laundry basket, & shower chair. It was so nice to have the towel racks in the shower, on the back of the bathroom door, and on the wall. We were able to keep our towels dry. I liked being able to check my outfits in the 2 mirrors. Chairs in the rooms were so helpful. The decorations and art were nice. The pop of yellow flowers on the back patio was a cheerful surprise when I opened the blinds. The beds were comfy and there were shades and curtains to darken quiet the room for sleeping.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

me and my sister stayed here for the Ohio renaissance festival and it was super convenient for the location and very clean and tidy!

Everything was as it should be. House was clean and well-equipped. James was out of town when I was there. The neighbors were a bit loud and came and left around 3 AM frequently.

We’ve stayed at this location several times and highly recommend it! Very convenient to WEC, nice quiet neighborhood. The house is great- everything very clean and in great condition. The “garage” area makes it an even more enjoyable place to hang out! Heath and Trish are great hosts- always quick to respond. We will stay here again for sure!
