Wow! Wow! Wow! You will not regret staying at this beautiful, romantic countryside hideaway—it comes thoroughly recommended. Communication with Tracy was spot-on from the moment we booked, and as soon as she greeted us at the gate, we felt completely welcomed—like instant friends. Tracy gave us a thorough tour, showing us how everything worked and even offered helpful recommendations for where we could enjoy a lovely evening meal. The Garden Room itself is a sight to behold—crafted with incredible skill and furnished with such taste. Tracy has a true eye for detail, and it really shines through in the decor. She had thought of everything. We genuinely didn’t want to leave when our time was up. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and the views across the gorgeous paddock—with buzzards soaring above, wild rabbits darting about, and squirrels playing—made it a truly unforgettable experience. If you're looking for luxury and peace, be sure to visit this wonderful place!

Wow!! Myself, my husband, 9 year old son and 2 miniature dachunds have just arrived home from staying 3 nights in this amazing luxury lodge, it is very spacious, very clean, a lot bigger than the pics look, it feels quite private being on the end directly opposite the lake, and honestly really is the best spot on the park! Very peaceful and relaxing watching people fish, the ducks and the view was just beautiful. The owners are also lovely and very good at communicating! The price was more than reasonable and we will defo be back! Thank you!!!

Amazing house and location to spend NYE in - really great size for a group of 8 of us and lovely very handy location. Lovely communal area and bedrooms were ideal. Bottle of fizz for NY was a lovely touch! Only a couple of small issues for next time to be aware of -the WIFI connection to the TV didn't really work and the beds were quite uncomfortable in the upper floor rooms. But for a night or two it's no issue.

We had a great time at this unique place and loved being surrounded by nature and wildlife. The accomodation itself was cosy and had everything we needed and we loved being able to dip in the lake and use the hot tub. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for the hospitality and wine!

Old Smock Windmill is a wonderful place to stay. The windmill has been beautifully and tastefully restored, maintaining character and charm whilst having everything needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is private and peaceful and has wonderful views across the countryside and stunning sunsets you can watch from indoors or out on the staging. Clare was very helpful checking in with us before we arrived and providing us with a lovely welcome basket or freshly baked bread, eggs, milk, butter and apples. We loved it and would definitely visit again! Thank you :-)

It was absolute pleasure staying in Julie 's place. The place was tidy and clean. Walkable distance to the beach was really a bonus. Julie was very helpful and her response to messages was amazing. Thanks for letting us stay in your place.

We’ve had a super, sunny stay at Ice Cream Cottage. It’s a charming, welcoming space, with everything we needed for a weekend by the sea. Lots of thought has gone into making guests staying at the cottage feel comfortable. The location was perfect to explore Seaford and enjoy how close the cottage is to the sea. Laura was so helpful with local recommendations, and quick to respond. We hope to be back soon!

We stayed just for one night but had a lovely time. The place is very spacious and quiet, it’s clean and tidy. Location-wise it’s right in the centre of town and near the beach, so it was perfect. Olga and igor were responsive and kindly let us check in a bit earlier to drop off our stuff, which hugely helped us out. The only issue is that people have a habit of parking outside the house, right next to the front door. It was a struggle to get the buggy inside on a few occasions. Other than that, brilliant stay with good hosts!

Ideal location for us as we were having our kitchen done and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. It was out of season, but the whole site was friendly and quiet and the bar was open on the weekends. Place was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication was good with clear instructions on booking in and out.
