Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. Villa Folkestorp is located in Älvsered on a small hill with forest and meadow land as the nearest neighbor. Here, the calmness and silence comes here in addition to some birdsong and occasional woodpecker. In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. With nice hiking trails. Only 15 minutes from Gekås in Ullared.

Large terrace with two seats, conservatory, dining area, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as two bedrooms. In the garden there is a hanging bed for rest and right next to the cabin there is a boul court, a football field, an outdoor gym and a playground if you or your children have running in their legs😊

Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen as well as fresh bathroom. 40 min Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Super cozy accommodation almost directly at the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a brilliant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as plot boundary. It has a terrace, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2024! With us, you live in our farmhouse Brygghuset. Please note that the cottage is located ON the farm where we ourselves live and operate business/work. Here in the yard there are cats, dogs, chickens, a rabbit and our three Icelandic horses.
