Bright & sunny downstairs 2 bedroom suite forms part of a 1912 heritage home in KITSILANO/POINT GREY. Updated in 2018 but still retaining quirky features such as wooden floors upstairs & window frames in the suite . Situated 3 blocks from beach & 1 block from 4th Ave. Friendly area, close to UBC & downtown. Home is divided into 3 levels. We live on main level with long term tenants on upper floor. Free parking on street or 1 car at back. Close to bus routes. Best location for visiting Vancouver.

Perfect Location! Very near beach, Parking & private suite and outdoor space Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Welcome to our 600 square foot one bedroom garden suite centrally located in the highly sought after Mount Pleasant West neighbourhood. Our home is situated on a quiet street with quick access to both Cambie and Main Street which boast plenty of restaurants, cafes, breweries, boutiques, and grocery stores. 8 minute walk will get you to the Canada Line which provides rapid transit to/from the airport, and the downtown core. Our area has 2 hour parking Mon-Fri(8am-6pm) and permit only parking.
