Lovely, small, cozy, newly built, non-smoking apartment/studio of high and clean standard with private entrance, suitable for 2 people. Modern, simple, Nordic decor located on a quiet residential road within short walking distance to trains, buses, Næstved city centre, cafés, shopping and Næstved's new Arena. Suitable as a base for e.g. business people, students or tourists who would like to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to the beach, golf, forest and history just outside. Parking on the way outside the residence.

Nyord is a small island where 80% of the area is a bird sanctuary. The village itself, with its 30 inhabitants, is set down to a lovely little harbor where you can have a great opportunity to swim. Vi kalder ferielejligheden "Bungalow", da den er placeret privat på bagsiden af huset. Bungalow er perfekt til en romantisk getaway eller for par med 1 barn eller venner, der udforsker skønheden på Møn. Der er en queensize-seng og en enkeltseng. Der er badeværelse og et lille tekøkken med det meste madlavningsudstyr. På den lille terrasse kan i slappe af eller grille. Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. Vi elsker at rejse, og går op i at huset er komfortable og hyggelige. Vi har forsøgt at indrette vores gæstehus som vi selv synes er rart. Sig til hvis I mangler noget!

A guesthouse in the countryside that is 60 sqm. A large kitchen-living room, spacious hallway, and a smaller toilet. A single bedroom and a loft to sleep in. Out front you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the last rays of the sun and on the other side, you can look out at cows grazing (pheasants hares, etc. See you often) The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster and oven of course. The sofa is a small sofa bed that can also act as a bed. There is a 10-15 sqm of greenhouse.
