Northern New Mexico Home Perfectly Located!

Located in a great neighborhood, just 30 minutes from Durango, Colorado, 20 minutes from Navajo Lake & 15 minutes from Farmington. Home is kid and pet friendly. Boat parking and washing are available on the North side of the home. The backyard is fenced with a covered patio. The neighborhood is great for walking or jogging. Tiger Park is located just behind the neighborhood to the East. It has a stocked pond, dog park and frisbee golf course. The Aztec Ruins are 5 minutes from the home. Enjoy!

"Le Chalet" Getaway Glamper

Peaceful and fun. Enjoy the beautiful nature and stars by opening the large back door of the back camper with full screen to keep bugs out..So very comfortable and fun. Great eating area inside and out with fire pit outdoor sink for cleaning fish that you will catch right at the river,1 minute from the camper beautiful lake, 8 miles away, great for playing in the water, renting water sport or just enjoying our famous marina. Near Durango, great hot springs. so much to do or nit your choice.
