Undisturbed villa by Aarhus with fenced garden.

At the end of a closed road overlooking fields. Plenty of space both inside and outside with sensible decor. An untanned garden with barbecue and lawn with room for ball games. Fenced garden where the dog can run freely around. Hammel has a city with 6000 inhabitants centrally located with 30 minutes to both Aarhus, Silkeborg, Randers and Viborg. In the city there are several grocery stores at all price levels, as well as swimming pool. In the forest which is located in the extension of the city is a myriad of beautiful trails and mountain bike tracks.

House in idyllic location

The house is idyllically situated overlooking the forest from the covered balcony on the 1st floor. There is direct access to the forest from the backyard. In the forest there is a mountain bike track for free use. The house is located in Hinnerup, where the train can take you to Aarhus in 14 minutes. The house is close to various grocery stores and local restaurants. There is a trail system for a large sports complex, where there is also an artificial turf field. The house is only located with neighbors to both sides. No one directly opposite.

Close to beach, forest and city - 10 min from Aarhus C

Large, bright and spacious house with good space and lovely secluded garden. The house is on a closed road, so there is always peace and quiet. The house has a large bedroom, children's rooms and a guest room with 1.5 beds (120x200). The kitchen is the heart of the house, and this is where the exit to a lovely large wooden terrace with a gas grill. In the laundry room there is a washer and dryer. We have all the world's play equipment outside and inside, so if you are a family with children, you will immediately feel at home.

Artistic half-timbered with sauna and huge garden

If you want peace and quiet, our renovated bonding works are for you. The huge, secluded garden provides plenty of space for kids and playful adults alike, whether you're looking for a trampoline, slackline, or treehouse playhouse. If you like cold horns and saunagus, you can take a cold flush under the outdoor shower (water hose) and finish in the beautiful sauna with preferred aromas. The house is located by the city's beautiful church and 1.5 km from here, you can walk the most beautiful routes in the forest.

Large bright villa in Risskov. Neighbor to park with playground. 1 km to nice child-friendly beach and cafetorv. 2 km from forest. 2 bathrooms, one of which with spa. Enclosed cozy garden with shelter and evening sun. Terrace is equipped with furniture, barbecue and patio heater. On the terrace there is also an outdoor shower with hot water. Private parking with charging stations for electric car. The bedrooms have a 200x210 double bed, respectively, a 140x200 double bed and a single bed.

On an enclosed residential street, our spacious home with plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. The decor is kid-friendly with baby equipment, changing place, and play corner in our open kitchen living room. Outside, there's plenty of room for play, ball, and cozy on the patio. The property is located 18 km from Aarhus city center. Close to the beach and nature and a maximum of 45 min drive to Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park and Kattegat Center. 1 km to shopping and 200 m to bus 12 and 16

Charmerede romantisk 2 etagers hus i landlig stil og rolige naturskønne omgivelser i Randers. Gåafstand til offentlig transport og ca. 20 min til Århus. Huset ligger tæt på gudenådalen med rige muligheder for vandring , fine naturoplevelser, samtidig tæt på Randers regnskov og Djurs Sommerland. 6 sovepladser hvoraf to i superhyggeligt anneks. Child friendly house by the sea and the city :-)

Dejligt lys villa med masser af plads både ude og inde. Huset er placeret max 10 min. gågang fra lækker børnevenlig badestrand og i cykelafstand fra skov og Aarhus midtby. Huset er indrettet med en dobbeltseng i soveværelset. Enkeltseng på drengeværelset. Enkeltseng på pigeværelset. To sovepladser i hule med indgang fra kontoret, hvor en enkeltseng ligeledes er placeret. Vi har tilmeld mulighed for at oprede to madrasser med topmadrasser på gulv samt opstille en weekendseng til baby.

Beautiful home in an even more beautiful setting

Bjælkehuset ligger i naturskønne omgivelser lidt udenfor Hinnerup. Det er en del af Lynet Selskabs- og Kursuscenter, som er en lille familie dreven virksomhed, der afholder fester, konferencer og events, men som også har hotelværelser og dette Bjælkehus til leje. Bjælkehuset er den perfekte bolig til familien eller selskabet, der vil bo i et lækkert hus midt i smuk natur. Bjælkehuset er i to plan og har ud over en stor stue og køkken, 5 værelser med 12 sovepladser.

Close to the beach and the city

Spacious home near the beach. Ideal for families. Charging stand for electric cars. Kids will enjoy the closed garden with swings, trampoline etc. Inside you will find a fully equiped kitchen, spacious play area for kids and living room with TV. Perhaps play a board game on a rainy day. Upstairs you find three large bedrooms and a small kids bedroom. The basement contains an extra bedroom and tv room. We hope to welcome you this summer to Risskov.

Wonderful villa close to beach, city and forest

Fantastically located villa in Risskov with 3 rooms + an office, kitchen-living room, living room and a wonderful garden with orangery and greenhouse, fireplace and terrace with barbecue. The bedrooms have a 210x210 double bed, a 140x2m double bed and a baby bed. Dining can be arranged on 2 couches for lack of beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer available. Possibility of parking under the carport.
