Holiday rentals in Fayette County

I stayed at Juliann's Southwind condo at Seven Springs with 12 people (grandparents, parents, and 18-20 year old children) for a ski weekend in January 2025. The garage has lots of room for 8-10 people to get into ski gear and head out to the slopes. The garage space heater got us all warmed up as soon as we came in from the slopes and hung up our snow gear too! The kitchen had plenty of cookware for us to heat up a Clem's barbecue dinner each night. We had plenty of room at the dining table. Three bathrooms were plenty for our group. We used all 4 bedrooms and the fold out chairs in the basement area. The hot tub was used each night and the view of the trees covered in snow was picture perfect. Overall, an excellent condo for a big family group to enjoy Seven Springs Skiing! I would stay her again!

Misty is awesome… Very responsive and friendly. The house was just what we needed and the inside was recently remodeled. If you see negative comments about the age of the house I would encourage you to look past them. Yes, the house is old, and so are most in the area. But with old houses comes unique character that in my opinion should be appreciated. Everything worked. We had no issues whatsoever with check in, communications, etc. - we genuinely enjoyed our stay. As a recommendation for the area we stumbled on the Beck Ring-land tavern / Scenery Hill Brewery off of 40 which was such a gem I don’t even know where to start. They had great apps but we looked for a better option for food and stumbled over to the Century Inn across the street for a meal at the bar that exceeded our expectations. Chatting with the owner and locals about the Inn’s history didn’t hurt, either. And if you’re feeling lucky, it’s a 20 minute drive to Lady Luck casino at Nemacolin which is always a good time.

The home was beautiful and spacious, and had far more to see and do than two people could manage in a weekend. It was like a destination in itself, and both a step back in time and into a luxurious lifestyle that I would have no other way to experience. Unfortunately the sudden extreme weather meant that we couldn't enjoy the hot tub, but I would definitely recommend visiting for a once in a lifetime stay.

Had a great time at this rental in seven springs! It was a clean house in a great location. The host was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. 100% recommend!!!

House was beautiful. We loved the big living room with plenty of seating. The kitchen was big with a big table and island. Hot tub was great for a big group with access thru multiple doors. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive Would definitely recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is both rustic and modern, with unique touches and a cozy feel. It had everything we needed and was close to the ski slopes. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. They reached out proactively and quickly responded to messages. We would definitely stay there again.

A superb stay for our group of 10 people, which included six children aged between 16 yrs old and 18 months. We also had our pet dog with us. The location is perfect for the local ski resorts: it is only 10 minutes to Hidden Valley and less than 20 minutes to Seven Springs. The property is very spacious. With the seven bedrooms between the three buildings everyone had plenty of room. Plus you have three lounges all with TV to choose from. Freya is an amazing host. Proactive communication with lots of helpful advice and tips. We also really appreciated the flexibility with a slightly earlier check so some of the group could drop luggage off before a ski lesson. Overall we would highly recommend this property for any groups that are looking to be conveniently located to Hidden Valley, Seven Springs and Laurel Valley ski resorts.
