Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kuala Lumpur

Easy access from Bangsar station, just one station away from KL-Sentral. The place was great! Clean and tidy. Huge place as well for a family of 5. I would recommend this place to all my friends. The host is also very accommodating. Gave me updates and suggestions to local places of interests. Easy to communicate. 10 out of 10 rating!

~Rant~ Finding the place at night is a bit of a challenge, but that's just signage and roads. The security personnel are lost, carpark is designed for Kelisa's. Getting into the unit was easy after having to walk up the carpark exit ramp because the door to the lift was broken. ~Apartment~ Listed unit was just like in the pictures, clean sheets, floors, tables, the whole works. Toiletries and towels are provided. Host did everything they promised so they get 5-stars.

We spent almost 2 months in this condo and loved it. The view is incredible and the unit is very comfortable. The kitchen was the most well-appointed that we've had in an AirBnB. The location is great with restaurants and small markets on the first floor. Both LaLa Port and Times Square malls are about a 10 minute walk. The WiFi as about 500Mbs. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place, perfect for 4/5 pax. Host was very helpful and friendly whenever im contacting them, always fast response. Had very clear of instructions of check in and out, gave us google maps link for the venue. Place was clean and everything was working perfectly!! This place was in the middle of Pavillion, Berjaya Time Square & TRX which was very convenient and very near to walk over. Would definitely recommend and come back to this place :)) Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and always checking in on us!! Appreciate it :))

It has been an extremely pleasant stay at this place. The space is as advertise and looks even bigger in real life. The space was very clean too, just some sticky soapy residue on the floor , a quick tissue wipe cleared it up. Instructions for self check in and check out were easy. Communication with them was also fast, had some parking issue at mid nite time but they still responded promptly. Only one thing if i could point out, their bed sheets and cushion need some change, not because it was dirty, just seasoned. Other than that, i really recommend this place as the Residence is just above the mall and walking distance to famous food areas ie. Kg baru and Jalan Yap Ah Shak. Look forward to stay at other NaiBNB units in different areas in KL 😌

My 4-week stay here was very comfortable. It's a great place for a short-term and long-term stay. The hosts were stellar: nice, responsive and hospitable. The building staff are friendly. The location was very convenient, for the most part. The view from the living room and bedroom is lovely. 😍 I especially liked how spacious the apartment felt. As well as the comfortable desk and chair. And the large bed. Nothing negative comes to mind. I'd definitely return here. Thank you. :)

Marveen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Nice location for short vacation

I'm DEFINITELY recommending this place to anyone intending to visit Kuala Lumpur soon! This flat is truly awesome; Hosts are professional, responsive and super nice; Rooms, furniture and appliances appear the same as advertised; Super clean and neat; Easily accessible to shopping and dining. It's worth every penny that I paid. In 2024 to February 2025, I also visited Manila, Bangkok, Beirut, and Riyadh -- and this will be my first time to give a PERFECT RATING to a hotel or a homestay. We stayed here for almost 3 months and truly felt at home. The apartment is cozy, spotless, and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable long stay. The bed is super comfortable, and waking up to the amazing view every day was a real highlight. The building offers great amenities like a gym, pool, and sauna, which we really enjoyed. There’s also a parking garage available, although we didn’t need to use it. The host was always responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. The place was very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Overall, a fantastic stay — we’d definitely come back!

Spacious apartment located in central KL. Very modern building, well maintained and beautiful rooftop area. You don’t really need to pay to visit a tower when you have this view - 69 floors up! The view from the apartment itself is great too. Note the one bathroom is located off the master bedroom. Wasn’t a problem for us but we didn’t realise from the pictures, so bear this in mind. Would def return if visiting KL again!

The apartment ist wonderful. The view is the best, but also the equipment in the apartment is great for a longer stay. It was clean and prepared. The host reacted fast on our questions and helped us a lot. The apartment offers washing machine together with washing powder which is not always offered in other accommodation. Overall the stay was great. We stayed for the second time in the apartments with Sonia so we can definitely recommend this place. We would come again if we are in KL.

Everything in the unit was in perfect order and clean

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb unit. One of the more convenient Airbnb I have ever stayed. Josephine, the caretaker, was super helpful although we booked at literally the last minute. Parking bay is near to the lifts and so is the unit. The unit is spotless and well equipped - towels, microwave, water purifier, fridge, cups & plates and etc. There is a supermarket, fast food restaurants, a pharmacy, convenience stores and other shops at the ground floor of the building. Near to a mall and rows of shops.

We were home to do visa extentions, the duration was unpredictable. I found Michelle’s place after our first airbnb was charging us about 40 % increase in rate for another month of stay. Michelle was nice and proactive, her place was as pictures shown, cosy and comfortable. We had an early check in, little bit unfamiliar with the lock. The house was clean and neat, she knew my son is allergic , she had couches cleaned. Wifi was good except it can’t reach to the master bedroom. During the stay, I extended the stay twice, Michelle was nice, she gave me discount every time unlike the first airbnb. I ended up staying in her place for about 2 months. Our stay was pleasant with 2 adults, a baby and a toddler. Location of the place is in the heart, it is very convenient to get by with a car. Even without a car, grab can be easily ordered, especially vellfire. Highly recommend the place.
