Located in Villalier in a peaceful subdivision, large studio ideal for a quiet stay (parking spaces in the immediate vicinity). The studio (adjoining our house but totally independent) is composed of a small courtyard not overlooked, a sleeping area, a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. A stone's throw from the studio, an organic bakery, a pizzeria, a tennis court with free access. Ideal for visiting Carcassonne its city, the Canal du Midi and 1 hour from the sea and the mountain

We offer, in a Cathar country, an experience of living in the middle of the forest, within the mountains, and where the wildlife also shares the place... The cottage is comfortable with Wifi available. Sunny area year-round. Freshness in summer. Hikes to do from the cottage that will take you to the slopes of the surrounding mountains. Characterful cottage, quiet and nature, from 4 to 7 people.

You love peace and nature, so you are in the right place, indeed the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths meander in the pine forest and hills among capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent cottage, air-conditioned, has a terrace with pergola and we offer our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

In order to rest or work in peace, we welcome you to the Ob Brunswick (the Occitan Workshop) which we have furnished for your comfort.
