Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home away from home, in a central but quiet location. Exactly as described. The house was lovely, with a private enclosed garden. My son and our pet dog had a great time! There was parking on the street right outside the property and also a drive way. Board games to play, and we really appreciated the tea or coffee on arrival with fresh milk too. Mark was a perfect host, and really saved the day for us and was on hand immediately if we needed assistance. We have family that live nearby, so would love to come back again in the future. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

We had a Great Stay over Easter.. The house was bigger than i expected and was very stylish and comfortable. Kathy was very responsive and provided great local recommendations.. A few steps from the local pub where we went for a friendly welcome after a long day exploring Suffolk.. We would definitely recommend the location and accommodation.

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

A lovely little house with everything needed for a home away from home. Situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Beautifully decorated with a cosy relaxing vibe a lovely place to stay.

Booked the place for 8 friends , wanted room for cooking big meals, playing games, and doing crafts! The sunroom was amazing, spent hours in there soaking up the sunshine - Louise even set up a crafting table for us. We loved the charm of the place, its quirks, unique art, great books, and funky decor. Felt like such a home! Had everything we needed in the kitchen, well stocked, fire wood, pantry essentials were really helpful. Pizza oven was simple and great. Louise was super responsive host and the personal touches didn’t go unnoticed :) We didn’t have a car so we taxi-ed from the train station and ordered a grocery delivery - but the little town pub and shop were cozy all we needed for a weekend away! 10/10 all of us wanted to stay longer :)

This house is absolutely beautiful, so characterful and charming with the most gorgeous grounds and gardens. Jo was an amazing host and so helpful in advance of our trip, providing lots of tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We were 3 families with small children and she provided 2 travel cots and 3 high chairs - brilliant! We will definitely be coming back. The children fed the alpacas, ducks and chickens and played all weekend in the glorious garden.

Lovely house with a great space in the kitchen. The games table was a massive hit with the family. Now have to buy one for the kids 😂. Thank you.

A perfect home away from home! The caravan is in a great location and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The caravan is spacious, with a bonus of having outside decking and seating that looks out onto the sea. There are activities on the park (including an outdoor heated swimming pool which is a bonus, in addition to a shop, restaurant and clubhouse which had some good entertainment. This was all shared in my welcome email which was greatly received. The place was really clean and the added welcome gift from Shanice was a really nice gesture. I would definitely stay here again. Photos don't do this place justice. Lovely, clean caravan on a nice peaceful site with plenty to do for all the family. Comfy beds and super clean throughout. Really enjoyed the decking as we were lucky to have nice weather. Great location for exploring Suffolk. Also thanks to the host for answering any questions we had. 😀 Overall no complaints and we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

We had a lovely stay. Nice and spacious with everything we needed. Lots of seating when family came over. Alice was quick to respond when needed. The baby loved running up and down and seeing the chickens. Would love to come back in summer when the weathers better to explore more

We felt privileged to be in such an amazing place. Very comfortable Cottage in beautiful grounds. So quiet and peaceful. The surrounding countryside is spectacular and we enjoyed several really lovely walks in the area.

My family enjoyed our little weekend break in this accommodation. Home from home. Nice corner plot with a lovely hot tub which kiddies really enjoyed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

We had a brilliant 2 night stay for my partner's birthday. The property is a sweet little building right next to a really cool boatyard, only a minute's walk from the picturesque small harbour of Pin Mill. The host sent really clear instructions on how to find the property and checking in via the lockbox was extremely easy. We absolutely loved the peaceful environment and the pretty garden with trees where we could hear owls at night and a dawn chorus in the early morning. The property is small but perfectly formed - ideal size for us (2 people and a small dog!) and felt extremely private and relaxing. It has lots of windows so we were easily able to air it out on arrival and it felt fresh and nice. It's also really well located - Pin Mill is a cool spot (the woods are lovely) and we visited loads of different places around Suffolk during our short stay. We would definitely be back if we are coming to the area. Thank you for a really straightforward and enjoyable stay!! :)

This was a multi purpose trip which included some R&R. The property met all our needs perfectly; it is spacious and really well equipped - beyond the usual. A real 'home from home'. Gorgeous garden. The couple of queries we raised with Zoe were responded to promptly and efficiently. A lovely property, a great stay. Thank you so much.

Lovely little house within 10 mins walk of Woodbridge centre and 15 mins drive of Sutton Hoo (part of our reason for staying). Really comfy and exactly as described, perfect for our multi generational family of four (me, my husband, mum and son). Extra nice to have a little garden space. Abi was really helpful and informative before our stay. Only slightly tricky part was parking - it's on a really narrow road with parking, but spaces were limited, so we ended up parking 5 mins away by the park (Kingston Farm Road). Not an issue for us, but might be for others! Great place to stay and we would stay again if in the area.

A beautiful peaceful house which is also extremely convenient for the local beach and amenities on the high street. Highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy Aldeburgh!

We had a lovely stay overnight at The Cabin, and the surrounding area was very picturesque and peaceful. At nearby Halesworth, we found many places to eat and drink along with a Co-op which was useful to buy our breakfast for the next morning (when we realised eggs, etc were not included in the booking - something I hadn't understood correctly when reading the reviews and page details). The Cabin itself was extremely clean and well equipped with towels, good Wi-Fi, local information and kitchenware. We found Rebecca friendly and very attentive before and during our stay. She answered any queries we had very promptly and gave great advice on where to eat. We chose The Queens Head at Bramfield for our evening meal which we would highly recommend. Friendly staff, delicious food and great selection of beers and wine. There was one other Airbnb next door to The Cabin and, although their dogs woke us up a little early, we had our own space. Overall, our stay was very pleasant - thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at Rivony. Very comfortable and clean and everything you need. Christine is very friendly and welcoming and will help you in any way she can without being intrusive. She is the perfect hostess. The area is beautiful with many lovely dog walks from the house and fabulous beaches and towns nearby. Can't fault it and have been a few times before and will definitely be going again.

Me and my family had a lovely stay in Catherine’s accommodation. It was comfortable, relaxing and very peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here, lots to do and great value for money. We’ll be back!
