Holiday rentals with beach access in Ferradura Beach

It deserves good hours of balcony contemplation. The apartment has air-conditioning in the two bedrooms, which helps a lot to sleep quietly and free of mosquitoes or mosquitoes. For basic things, there is a mini market in the condominium that can handle an emergency. Our stay was great. Sérgio was very receptive. The air-conditioning was a positive differential. The negative point is to have only one bathroom and the refrigerator is not freezer. The most recommended is would rent again.

The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable because it has two bathrooms, with an incredible view, good services and strategically located to access by walking to the beaches Azeda, Azedinha, Ossos and Joao Fernández and in the center, where most of the restaurants are. There are supermarkets a few meters away and stop of colectivos and vans 100 mts to go to other more distant beaches or to Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. Very good experience. We will be back!

Excellent apartment a few minutes walk from the stunning Praia das Dunas with beach views from the side balcony. Peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle yet easily walkable to a plethora of restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with all amenities thought of for entertaining, cooking, etc. Very helpful and friendly host who knows the area and provided some really good suggestions on things to do. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, clean apartment and good communication with the host. We really enjoyed the stay. Some points that left to be desired was in relation to the condominium, many things did not work, broken intercom and problems at the entrance door.

Excellent cost-benefit! Particularly I did not like the beaches that are nearby: Dunes, fort and rocket. But it is very close to arraial, pontal and even in buzios the access is quiet leaving early. The neighborhood is very nice. Very quiet, no noise, with a good bakery nearby, supermarket and several restaurants. In addition to the easy access to the passage neighborhood. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures and the fact of accepting pet was a differential. I'll be back for sure. Some suggestions but do not invalidate the experience at all: lack of box in the bathroom, microwave and air conditioning. The TV's operating system is very slow and the pillows could be a bit louder and firmer.

It is important to know that it is very quiet, everything closes early and if you are looking to go out at night you must go out cold or arraial do cabo. These literal 50 meters from the beach, closest impossible! The water and sand on that beach is second to none. Highly recommended! We'll be back for sure.

Great accommodation. Property comfortably housed our family. Paola and caretaker André were extremely helpful and always met us promptly to our needs. A rustic house, on the quiet beach. Very well equipped, from cute crockery, to sup and Kayak to go rowing. It has spaces to be on the outside, with ocean views and on the other side of the house, repaired from the wind. It is in an unbeatable location, in a quiet block, and close walk to Rua das stones, shops and restaurants. The view is so cute. The breakfasts in the gallery are divine. Kandida, the landlady catered to us with wonder. It is loving and advisable to hire it. It's a comfortable home to go with kids.

The house is zero defects. Everything very clean and super organized. Quality Items. The only divergence is the location that is a little far from the beach.

We loved staying at Flaviane's apartment. Everything was perfect, the condominium was excellent, safe, more for the children who were going to play on the court. The towels had a beautiful smell that lasted the entire stay. The only thing that at least we need and that is missing is a washing machine, but everything else more than great. The waterfront location is beautiful. Flaviane solved a problem with the parking which I really appreciate. He always responded quickly and very predisposed. We want to come back soon !

Wonderful place, all very conserved and organized. My family and I felt at home. It has air conditioning in the 3 rooms and are suites. There are closets, closet, which is excellent for arranging clothes and personal items. Many kitchen items, we managed to make some meals on site. Everything is very well planned, equipped and clean. Wide place with no stored smell, mold or anything like that. On the contrary, super airy and all-new. Safe place, the view is EXTREMELY wonderful. In my entire stay, I saw one sunset more beautiful than the other. The Clean penthouse pool. Good location, near the center of Praia Grande centrinho da Praia Grande, with market, shops, and restaurants. Laura, Meyre and Léia respond promptly and always very kind. Super recommend him.
