Our place is approximately half way between Perth and Dundee, 1 hour from Edinburgh and 1hr 15 mins from Glasgow. A large house that sits on the side of the lake, the house is ideal for families, larger groups, or smaller groups who need separate bedrooms, and well behaved pets. Fingask Castle, and Beech Tree Cottage is half way between Perth and Dundee, approximately 1 hour drive from Edinburgh or Glasgow. Set on a hillside, it is hidden in the Perthshire countryside, in a wooded glen and feels like it is away from the world! Even though it's only 5 mins from the A90. Beech Tree is one of our larger cottages, great for families or friends to share but also comfortable for smaller groups and couples and for furry friends (pets) too.

Cottage wing of family house with own access, set in 2 acres of garden, adjacent to golf course with panoramic view over the Firth of Forth from Berwick to Edinburgh. Within 2 miles of blue flag beaches. 15 minutes from St Andrews the home of golf, 40 minutes from Edinburgh, and the highlands about an hours drive away. Quarter a mile outside the village of Colinsburgh which has a pub, a shop with PO and a petrol station.
