My husband, two teenagers and I enjoyed staying at Merritt’s place this past snowy weekend. The apartment is lovely with its original details of the house, alongside the modern updates in the kitchen and bathroom. We would definitely stay again. We are a family that spends time in the kitchen, so we appreciated that it was inviting. It’s spacious, clean, and well lit. I love the new wood ceiling. Beds were comfortable. The city seemed to be snowed in, so it was super convenient to be next to Syracuse’s top rated coffee shop that’s open until 10pm.

We arrived to find a delicious charcuterie board and homemade treats in the fridge as well as a bottle of wine! The whole place is super cozy and walkable to a great Irish Pub! This was my second time staying there and won't be my last!

Gary’s house was perfect for what I needed. It felt like home away from home and had a lot of space and room for activities! Gary is also a great host; he’s very flexible, kind, and responsive. I would totally rent here again in the future! I loved my stay!

Lovely apartment in old building with original brick walls and big windows with beautiful view of the hills. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Very close to restaurants, rockwell museum , and glass museum. Stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Peggy’s boat house is. This is my second time staying here and I have never stayed at the same ABB twice. This time I brought the kids because I wanted to share the beauty of this place and Ithaca and I knew they would love it. Sitting on the dock fishing and enjoying the views on Cayuga lake is so peaceful and relaxing. Peggy is a very welcoming host and keeps the place very tidy. There are so many things to do. Ithaca Falls is a very short drive away. Buttermilk Falls is a bit further away (not much) and is a beautiful hike. Great restaurants are nearby. I love the area and would love to come back someday.

Stayed at Anwar's place while visiting for the holidays and felt right at home! The space was very comfortable and clean, and we had what we needed to do some cooking in the kitchen. The surrounding area is quiet and private, but still very accessible/close to the highway. Anwar was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. Would love to stay again!

Clean, comfortable, and cozy space. The fire pit out back is great on a cold evening. Nicole Lee was responsive and friendly, even offering to come over and shovel snow. Convenient location with grocery and other stores just minutes away. Would stay again.

Anna's house is perfect for a family vacation. It has all the charm of a lakeside retreat with all the amenities of a higher end home. The Living / Dining room and Kitchen are spacious enough that you don't feel like you're on top of each other, yet they are configured such that you can comfortably "have your own space" when you need it. The outdoor spaces take that concept even further. The outdoor main decks are enormous. The Hot tub area is segregated and private. The Fire pit area is at a mid-level between the main level deck and the dock. The Dock is also an ample, separate socializing area. All-in-all Anna's house is a lakeside vacation paradise. I highly recommend it and look forward to booking her lakeside house again!!

This is a cozy, comfortable house. A quiet neighborhood but close to things to do in Rochester. Trina is a great host. I would stay here again.

Mike & Yony’s 3-bedroom home was absolutely beautiful—better than the pictures! The space was clean, well-heated, and had very comfortable beds. Mike and Yony were incredibly responsive and perfect hosts. The cleaning person was also kind and understanding. Overall, a fantastic stay—I would definitely return!

My friends and I love staying here this was the 3rd time we have visited. Korey is very accommodating and makes sure we have everything we need. We enjoy the space the house has and yard as well as the surrounding property.

Dawn's place was perfect!! Her communication was spot on. The house well equipped and very clean! We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s place for a girls weekend! The location was great and lake was beautiful! Tina was a great host, she was responsive and just down the road if we needed anything. The only downside was the water pump was a bit noisy in one of the bedrooms. It was a relaxing a fun weekend!
