Thanks to Andreas - we were looking for a comfortable spot right next to the beach, and this was it! So many listings are not truly beachfront - well, this one is! Andreas was super-responsive, the place was immaculate, and we really enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived early and had no problem getting approval for an early check-in. The apartment was excellent.

We had great time staying in Fadi’s apartment. Place was well equipped and clean,baby crib and high chair was provided by host. Fadi was an amazing host,he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

George & Andreas's apartment is clean and beautiful, the view from the balcony is just amazing! Evertything is like in the photos, we had lots of fun. The host answered quickly, and helped us from our first day at check in. Thank you very much!

I was very impressed with the apartment, everything exactly as described. The location is so great, you can easily reach everything on foot or by car. First of all Stavroula is great host, kind, helpful and responsive. Thank you for warm welcome, very appreciated personal touch ( fruits and wine) The house is beautiful, very clean, has everything what you need, just like home. Better than the photos. Surroundings are stunning and peaceful. The sea is just a few steps away from the house.We had a short but wonderful and intensive stay. We rent a car and saw a lot of beautiful places. Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

We felt at home! The view of the ocean is phenomenal, everything is clean and nothing is missing. Communication was top notch, check-in was easy and the location for excursions was great. If we came to Cyprus again, we would definitely want to stay here again.

The location is perfect - connection to the beach within 5 minutes on foot, and then from the beach to the promenade, which you can walk a lot:) Around the corner, a coffee shop with good coffee and on the main street restaurants. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of Larnaca by car:) The apartment is fully equipped and clean! beautiful view of the lemon tree outside the windows! Cristos also provided us with extra warm blankets in case of colder weather :) Cat friends visited us on the window for cooking, as well as on the terrace :) The host responded very quickly to our messages and we sincerely thank you for all the recommended places, we used it and can confirm that it was worth it :) We recommend and greet you warmly!

The flat in real life looks better than on the photos themselves, remarkable location, private car park and very well furnished. The flat was very clean, everything was new. Will return, recommend for sure. 10/10

We had a lovely stay with Vanko. He’s very communicative and accommodative. The apartment is generally clean and spacious, located in a very residential spot that’s within few minutes away from the historical part of town near the sea. The apartment has everything we need for a weekend stay, simple but sufficient. The shower is good.

Very nice apartment near airport and lovely beach. It is not far from the center, where you can enjoy fun or history. Host was very nice and helpfull. We really appreciate that we could borrow toys for kids for playing on beach. Thank you that we could stay here a enjoy our first meeting with Larnaca :)

This is a peaceful village, very close to Larnaca. It was great with a 10-month-old baby since there was a crib and a high chair. The place is full of art and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with details. The bath is great and the water is great. The elevator wasn't working although it was mentioned, rather than that, everything was perfect.

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

The place is nice, clean and cozy. Just maybe the apartment style is a little bit old fashioned. Chris is great! and very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. The location was excellent for us personally.

The house was wonderful, very quiet and welcoming environment, very clean house and the hostess was really very kind, she accompanied me to the airport, very nice :) the environment is serene and under the house there is a convenience store and a pharmacy, total relaxation!!

I have booked Maria's place for my parents and they have been vary pleased with it. Apartment was very clean and lovely. Everything was spotless, and just perfect for Them. Lovely little balcony to enjoy peaceful atmosphere. Perfect size bedroom with all essentials. Beach only cross the road. Maria is a lovely host and responded promptly. No problems with booking or apartment whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Maria's place. Maria, thank you for hosting my parents in your lovely apartment.
