The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Located in the heart of Five Forks your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home! Featuring 4 bedrooms and an additional office with 2 bunk beds which could offer a make shift 5th bedroom. Please note - we have a strict 4 car maximum rule. This is to insure all cars can be parked in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking is permitted. No pets permitted. There is a second Airbnb unit in the basement. The back yard and firepit are shared.
