We had such a lovely time at your Air Bnb we can’t wait to come back. We wanted a place for me and my son to have some down time and just relax away from our home. Excellent stay! Beautiful view and well-appointed. Enjoyed the balcony and remodeled sundeck overlooking beach. Primary bedroom and both bathrooms are nice. Second guest room is fine for children but beds aren’t very sturdy/accommodating/comfortable for adults. Kitchen has everything you need! Pool area is great too!

Location, location, location! Spanish Trace 222 is right on Crescent Beach - just a short walk by the pool and over the dunes. You’ll also be close to lots of stores, attractions and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and storage for our family of seven. Well stocked with towels, beach towels, linens, beach chairs and kitchen items. Coin laundry on property, not in unit. The pool was a highlight for us. Cool and refreshing with lots of tables and chairs around the pool deck with umbrellas for shade. Easy check in/check out, and great communication with host. All issues were addressed promptly and did not affect our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

The house is super nice, cozy, clean, it has everything you need, very good location, comfortable and safe. Wash it again. I recommend it 10000%

Loved my stay! April was very responsive to any questions I had. Her place is a beautiful sanctuary with an exquisite view! The condo and property / complex is very well maintained. You can tell that April and the condo complex management take very good care of their property. The condo was Very clean. Had everything I needed. Can’t wait to come stay again!! This was such a perfect little getaway for me! Thank you April for opening up your home to me!! I loved it!! 10 stars!!!

We had a delightful stay at Carolyn's villa. It was even better than described. The neighborhood is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Canal street and Flagler street. We really enjoyed having the private patio and also the sunset views from the wharf. Highly recommend. We will be back next year.

We took a quick family trip to St. Augustine, and the kids were begging us to stay longer. This place was perfect—on the beach, jacuzzi for each complex, quiet and family-friendly, and a short drive to the downtown and the National parks. We had the best time.

Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay. It was much larger than we imagined from the Airbnb post. Everything was immaculate. The only minor disappointment was no boogie boards which I believe were included in the description. The water was 61° so I let it slide, LOL. This place is spacious, cozy and very modern. I highly recommend.
