We are two quiet pensioners who like to work in the garden. We rent out an apartment in our residence. We've been hosting for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located in the basement on the right hand side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping center, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and groceries in the immediate vicinity. Here you can observe moose, deer, fox, badger and other things from the windows.

15 min walk to Granåsen. A large four-bedroom apartment with its own laundry room, bathroom and toilet. One large double bed(double duvet) and two 120x200. (See photos) Good bus connections to the city. 4 minutes to bus stop. 10 minutes by bus to downtown. 10 minutes to the city hall. 5 min by bus to Granåsen.
