Cabin in scenic surroundings on Flekkerøy

Cabin on Flekkerøy with lovely views to Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, unobstructed outdoor area, fire pit and barbecue. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for kids with big lawns and small playground with 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny porch/terrace on both sides. Nice, big hiking areas. Both worked up footpaths and the surrounding island trails. There is also a facilitated coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to swimming area with beach, rocks and great fishing opportunities.

Cozy cottage with lovely views, close to downtown KRS

Close to water, quiet area with forest around. Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre, 10min to Golf Club, 15 min to Dyreparken and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama(Badeland) and it is about 1.5km from the sea(Justvik boat harbor). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cottage (open until 23:00 man-saturday).

Cozy Sørland house in Høllen close to the beach

Completely renovated and new addition in 2014. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas, one of which is a dining area. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180cm beds down and 90cm up. The last bedroom has a standard double bed. Dining room with capacity for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless internet (fiber) and Riks-TV package included. AppleTV both in living room and in family room on 2nd floor.

The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Idyllisk feriehus med nydelig og sentral beliggenhet. Høy standard og god plass. med sengeplasser opp til 10 personer. Huset er pent og moderne innredet med et kjøkken som har alt. Gårdsrommet er virkelig en perle - med svært god plass til alle. Her inner du både pizzaovn, gassgrill, utepeis og flere komfortable sittegrupper.
