It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Night out SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Give yourself a break!" – to come to this motto was not difficult for me as a city person. It's hard to imagine a brighter contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet townhouse located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Rates include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arrival by car is recommended. Here are entrances, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and miscellaneous service. Living room with TV/radio, (free internet) and access to balcony. Bedroom with double bed and room with 2 single beds. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided. The beds will be made when you arrive. The apartment is on the ground floor of your own house.

It's a basement apartment with me in the house.You 'll love my place because of the surroundings.My place is good for couples, adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).When bringing dogs, I charge a final cleaning fee of €10.00, which I ask you to hand over when returning keys or keys.
