Apartment near Amsterdam. Cozy, small private part of an apartment in a prime location in the city of Bussum. Only a 2 minute walk to the train station Naarden-Bussum. Amsterdam and Utrecht are 20 minutes away by train or car. The apartment is located near the center of Bussum with nice restaurants and shops. It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.

Beautiful penthouse in Gooic villa

This quiet wooded villa is very centrally located. In 15 minutes you can be in Amsterdam or in Utrecht by car/train. The penthouse has its own access with two double bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate toilet. There is plenty of parking space on enclosed property. There is a laundry room in the basement. There is also a private sunny terrace. Host at least per month for a set period of time.

From this perfectly located home base everything is within reach. Across the street is a supermarket. The train station is at 10 minutes walking distance and within half an hour you will be in Amsterdam or Utrecht. There is free parking in the street. Around the corner is a beautiful nature area, forest and heath. Bussum is a small and cozy village with nice restaurants, shops and bars.
