Katherine’s instructions made the cottage easy to find despite its remote and peaceful location. The place was everything we had hoped for and more. A gorgeous cottage with lots of room and yet very cosy vibes, especially when the wood burning stove was going. Enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and the views all around were stunning. The spacious kitchen had all the kit we needed to make a full Christmas dinner. We loved our stay and already planning when we can return.

An amazing stay and very accommodating! The pizza package was so good!! And we had such a good laugh! Most of all the pizzas tasted amazing! Breakfast was lush and the hot tub was a nice touch! X

The cabin was exactly as described. Very roomy, comfortable and warm. Immaculately clean and the beds were so comfortable. Kay responded virtually immediately with any questions and we had, and there were no issues at all. The log fire was lovely, once we worked it out 😂, the wood was topped up during the stay. It was a lovely break, thank you so much.

This cottage was so lovely & welcoming. The little summer house in the garden was great for the kids to play in & they loved the toys & books available in their room. Our little dog enjoyed playing in the garden and his dog treats that were included in the welcome parcel. The cottage was clean, comfy and we loved the real log fire which made the cottage feel even more cosy. There was loads of info on where to visit, and we did one of the small walks listed. Jennie was a really friendly host. We would definitely recommend this cottage & hope to go back one day ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Pinfold Barn! This beautifully restored barn perfectly combines historic charm with modern comfort. The barn is impeccably clean and well-equipped, with a cozy lounge, and thoughtful extras like books and family games. The farmhouse kitchen and three bathrooms, made it the perfect choice for our family. The location is peaceful yet convenient, with stunning views of the surrounding fields and easy access to Nantwich and nearby attractions. On top of all this, the host, Ali, was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. It’s the ideal countryside retreat for relaxation and quality time with family or friends. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend Pinfold Barn for a truly special getaway!

We had an amazing stay at manons pod, unbelievable location and close enough to Bala to get things you may need. Log burning fire was so nice to get warm and cosy. Also has the cutest collies on the farm which it is next to which was the nicest surprise !!! Ten out of ten would recommend

We had such a lovely stay at Alison and Patrick’s. Stunning location and we were so lucky with the weather which made the views breathtaking. They were really kind and flexible about our check in and check out time which was a great help. And gave super helpful advice about logistics, Conwy Castle is a must see. We had a wonderful few days and hope to come back some time.

A little gem! We loved the cottage it was a perfect for our one night stay with family and friends. The farm animals were a cute addition to our stay. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. The underfloor heating in the kitchen was glorious! Thanks for a lovely stay xx

Absolutely loved staying here last weekend. It was everything we wanted; peaceful, cosy & relaxing! The space inside is perfect, the bed is comfy, the wifi and Netflix work perfectly. Outside you can feed the alpacas and sheep, which was my perfect Saturday morning! The bath outside was perfect (there’s probably only enough hot water to fill once as I did try top it up but was met with cold water), and it’s private enough so even with other guests in the other lodges you can’t hear/ see them. The hot water is a little iffy but the instructions in the book helped massively as we realised you couldn’t put it on full heat immediately. The only thing I’d suggest is potentially getting an air fryer as we struggled with getting things we could eat without an oven! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Had the most wonderful stay and Sian and Garry’s, they were so sweet and responsive, the best part had to be the wonderful goats, we loved how close it was to walk to town and waking up to those views was so special. Thank you so much! If we ever come to Llangollen again, this is where we’ll be staying!

I booked this for my brother and his wife as a surprise wedding gift and they absolutely loved the place. Peaceful location, lots to do, and they really enjoyed the hot tub. They said they would come back again. Thank you Ceri for putting up a wedding banner, that was a nice touch :)

“hostess with Mostess” what a fabulous little get away. Very local to us but that didn’t matter because this little cabin is a hidden gem 💎 we loved every single part of this place. We stayed here for a hen weekend and we had the best weekend. Lovely place to stay, plenty of room, clean, all facilities you could ever need and so on. It was so amazing to see the animals every day, if you’re looking for countryside farm vibes but not out in the sticks, this place is for you! Amazing location, plenty of shops near by, we got an uber into Liverpool city centre also. The hosts are lovely and very accommodating. 10/10 definitely recommend

This cottage was a joy to stay in and offered a relaxing, private and peaceful space during a hectic few days. Daniel was incredibly pleasant to communicate with and offered local knowledge and recommendations as well as some much appreciated special touches. No better hosts than Helen & Tony, thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful holiday cottage. This picturesque property is nestled amongst fields of horses, rare breeds sheep and stunning countryside. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, clean, cosy, welcoming and is of grand proportions. It is situated within a period courtyard and within easy walking distance to lovely river/ woodland walks… do extend your walk to end at the ‘Sugar Plum Tearooms’ in nearby Rhewl … a real treat! The log burner only added to the ‘zen’ surroundings and the unexpected snowfall created a perfect ‘winter wonderland’ that we all enjoyed … seeing the distant snow capped Clwydian mountain range from the comfort of the living room, was absolutely breathtaking. An ultra comfy bed made for refreshing sleeps and little homely touches around the cottage made the place feel ‘loved’. A wonderful break away… we will return.

We had an absolutely magical stay at this lodge for my 2 year olds birthday! It was extremely easy to travel into Chester from the lodge! The lodge itself was extremely clean and spacious! The beds were very comfortable. We absolutely loved the donkeys next door and our little boy was obsessed! Every morning that’s how he started the day! We would love to return here in the future! Can’t recommend enough!

I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough It had everything we could have possibly needed for the perfect weekend away and in the perfect location

Diane is an amazing host and this Airbnb is truly a gem. The location is beautiful, quiet and the views from the cottage our over the fields are amazing. The cottage is luxurious spacious and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could want including a proper espresso machine. The local towns are good and have plenty of restaurants and shops, our host also shared several amazing local dog walks with us.

we had a great stay here very functional, from garden we loved, especially first night as with no light pollution stars were amazing even saw a couple shooting stars ✨️ everything you need in this property for a very comfortable stay and a little bit more... Nice little welcome treat too 😋 bed comfortable, shower brilliant we go walking and so many walks right on your doorstep here although we had already planned the loggerheads country park walk before we came recommend the Drovers Arms for food we had a delicious meal there on the Saturday (hint book in advance) we did and it was fully booked the eve we went lovely views of tge Clwydian Range from the garden, bedroom and lounge would recommend this AirBnB 👌
