Pool, Hot tub, Fire pit, Gas Grill, Mountain bikes or Beach cruisers. Charming 500 sq. ft. Studio Cottage with all new flooring, full size murphy bed, full bath, full kitchen and 2 covered patios. Cottage had a complete renovation, but we have left some of the original character of the home. Great location for hiking and biking.

This is a beautiful new build away from the big city life. This home is about 15 minutes from the historic town of Florence. The home is halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. It is located right off of Florence Kelvin Highway. This home is 1500 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry room. Attractive and efficient space. Your suite is private. There are no common areas. Gold Canyon is a sleepy little town nestled under the Superstition Mountains. In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore.
