Family-friendly holiday rentals in Florence

This was a great house in a great location. The hosts were excellent. They worked with us when our transportation had issues… it was like staying with friends.

This place was perfect for what we needed when a group of us went to visit the Creation Museum (45 min away) and Ark Encounter (35 min away). There was plenty to do at the home for a family and toys if you have younger children. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all essentials. The host was very responsive and we felt safe in the area. Would come back again!

Our family of 14 had plenty of space and enjoyed the property immensely. The kids (and adults) had a lovely time experiencing the animals and hanging out in the home. The layout of the main floor was particularly appreciated due to the openness - while some were preparing lunch, others were playing games or reading and we all felt connected together. No need to be wary of the many stated rules - even though they are oft repeated and / or seem pretty specific, they are simply typical rules of a property of this sort, spelled out in more detail. We would highly recommend the space -- we have travelled 2-3 hours to find a cabin like this, and this one was in our back yard. Our family wants to come back next year, hope we can make that happen.

Came down to celebrate my lil sister's bday, 1st yr after loosing our mother. Scott was kind enough to let us have a later check out, which helped as my oldest sister has issues moving. So. Thanks again Scott

Patricia’s place in Covington is well placed and well appointed and was perfect for our group. I’d definitely recommend to fellow travels. The queen bed is really comfy, too, just not super private if other folks are staying as you have to walk through to get to other bedroom. Loved the older architecture and great kitchen!

Condo was amazing. We celebrated New Year’s Eve out and rested all day on the 1st. It was amazing and relaxing. The view was sooo amazing. I will definitely book this condo the next time I’m in Cincinatti. Host very responsive. No long check out jargon. Just simple check out.she even had coffee in the cabinet. Very easy self check in. She even checked on us in the middle of our stay to see if we were ok.

Beautiful loft centrally located in OTR! Easy to walk to many restaurants/shops. The space itself was gorgeous. No complaints! Would happily stay again

The home is isolated and quiet. There is a very low light pollution factor, so the stars are amazing. Just as we happened to be looking up we were able to follow the space station as it traversed the night sky. The noises are country noises that I grew to love as a kid. Zero traffic sounds. The place is solid, comfortable and quiet. The amenities are perfect if you are looking to for a place to think and enjoy peace. Jennifer was very helpful even before we arrived. She has a pet friendly place - we have 2 very old gentleman-dogs; one blind, the other deaf. She found us an experienced dog sitter who sat with them the whole time we were at the Ark Encounter (5-6 hours) and we came home to find them both asleep. That's the highest marks those 2 can give a sitter - if they are both comfortable enough to nap. Highly Recommend Pastoral View and Jennifer.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to shopping, amazing restaurants and downtown. The loft setup was fantastic for working remotely, providing a comfortable and quiet space to stay productive. Having parking on-site was a huge bonus, making it super easy to travel outside the immediate area to visit family. The overall experience was seamless and enjoyable. We’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in town! Highly recommend!

Love this place! Rabbit Hash and the Hashienda has so much character and the locals are very welcoming. This was our second time visiting and we'll be sure to visit again!

Great place to stay. The house was large, comfortable, and the pool was fantastic! The host was super easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This was a very last minute booking on my end and everything was great! Denise was very helpful whenever we had questions. I left my phone there as I was leaving and she immediately responded and had it ready for me to pick up. I will be telling everyone I know about staying there. Thanks Denise!

Lovely little hideaway with a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the city. Close to local establishments and walkable neighborhood.

Lisa was an Amazing host. She goes above and beyond. She even came out in the big snow storm to shovel the area and bring some "snow supplies". The home is right in the middle of the quaint small town and less than 10 min drive to Perfect North Slopes. We usually drive back and forth to Louisville but was so nice to crash back here right after to rest and enjoy before the next ski day. Cozy, comfortable and clean!!! This is our new spot for a Perfect North retreat. Also nice to be close enough to Cincinnati if you want to drive and explore there. Thank you for all the kindness and flexibility Lisa.

Great place. Perfect country setting and loved the pool / pool house setup, very relaxing. House was great for our large family and had great design aesthetic with specific attention to details. Would recommend and would stay again.

Cute place! It is so nice to stay in an airbnb with actual charm. The plplain Jane houses are so boring, this place is fun. The home is filled with all the things you would find in your own home, good reading material and music:) Plus CLEAN! The area is great. Take a walk through the park and visit the coffee shop!

We had a very good stay at Dennise apartment. The location is perfect to go out and explore the city center. The only thing that could be annoying is the loud fan of the heating but if you bring some ear plugs in case you are sleeping light you are all set. All in all highly recommend!!
