Great home with all amenities and utensils. Nearby markets and pharmacies. The city has many beaches. I recommend both the house and the area.

It has a great location, very good apartment space there we find everything we need. Very clean and organized place, excellent place to stay with family. We were very well received by Élio, we will be back for sure.

We had a beautiful family vacation, the house complied with all the comforts since we were 9 people, everything was in place and very safe everything!!! The descent to the beach was sometimes complicated as we were with two seniors but getting to that place with so much privacy is worth it and a lot!!!

Mariza was amazing! At time I felt like I was speaking to my own mother!! She is extremely communicative and made sure I had everything I needed. 5 Stars!

We loved the house. The best thing is the distance from the beach, less than 1 minute walk. The beach was very empty to be summer compared to other beaches in Florianopolis. The view is amazing, I would rent it again every summer. The very attentive hosts also fixed all of our issues.

Estadia very good, located in front of the beach, with employees always in good mood, incredible weather, nice people. If you want to be friends and learn new languages with other guests, this is the place.

Great place to stay by the sea. Completed Studio, it is within a gated and secure condo, with complete structure: swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, sports court and private access to the beach. Fantastic place.
