This cottage is in an ideal spot in Key Largo. The amenities here are outstanding - two docks, snorkel gear, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and sailing! Great restaurants are within walking distance, too!

Lovely room right on Duval street - very close to the beach and easy to walk to all of the area attractions. The room was clean and check in was seamless. David met us with the keys and showed us where to park. It was fun to sit on the porch and people watch and there were lots of places to walk to in the area. While it was close to the action, it was quiet at night and felt very safe. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Key West!

Our stay was wonderful. A few steps away from the beach and fabulous eateries and businesses. Extremely safe neighborhood. We look forward to our next stay

Colleen was very a very responsive host. After booking, response time was about 5-10 minutes, so it was very helpful to plan the trip and got all the questions answered. The place was like in the pictures, all clear instructions were provided and we could call it home for the rest of our trip. I highly recommend to stay and enjoy the weather, place and Florida in full!

Castle Beach is an excellent building in front of the beach with valet parking included on fee (not common in the area). Jens apartment was great, clean and with a beautifull see view. I’ll highly recommend it. Maybe a large microwave in the kitchen is a plus, and more plugs in the bathroom.

Juan was an exceptional host - responsive, helpful, and communicative. The condo exceeded our expectations; it's absolutely stunning! We loved our morning coffee surrounded by the sparkling water views and unwinding with breathtaking sunsets. We highly recommend this beautiful condo and gracious host!

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

Really great spot to stay! Clean and modern room, great beach area and pool, and suuuuuper friendly people! I would recommend this place over and over if you want to stay somewhere where you can get some sun and easily walk into town to get dinner/drinks/etc!

Exactly what was needed for our time away from snow and cold! Wonderful space for multigenerational family. Our host was communicative and created a wonderful space for community amongst visiting guests. We’ll definitely come back and recommend.

Most economical and clean place for trips to Miami. Have been staying in Alex’s places over the past year when I come through for work trips. Never had a single bad experience! He really runs these places like a boutique hotel.

Everything according to the published, impeccable. The host, attentive to what you need. The fact of having beach chairs and umbrella is a huge plus. I recommend it and hope to return soon.

My family and I stayed at Helen’s place for NYE and had an amazing time. The view was absolutely beautiful! The pictures are very accurate and we would definitely stay at Helen’s place again in the future.

Deanna, was an excellent host! She always responded within minutes of any questions and was very helpful. The entire staff was very friendly from check in to check out. The lobby, pool, elevators, and hallways were always clean. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was comfortable and the sheets soft and clean. I was very impressed with my entire stay! I highly recommend!

This was our first stay in Miami and we loved staying at this place. It was very close to the port and airport plus lots of shopping and entertainment within walking distance. The keyless access was awesome for getting in the building and into our room. This is the place to stay if you ever want to visit downtown Miami.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, with cozy bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook, and the appliances were modern and new. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked another visit for November. Highly recommended!

We spent a long weekend in Lauderdale by the Sea in William’s place, La Mer. William was always quick to respond, friendly, and informative. We had no issues during our stay but felt like he would have resolved anything we brought to his attention. The location is wonderful! It’s peaceful within the gate but close to everything LBTS offers. The beach is a quick walk and William provides everything you need. Our unit was nicely updated and had a super comfortable mattress. Check in and out are a breeze and William gave us very clear instructions which was great since our plane was late and we arrived close to midnight. Thank you for having us; we hope to be back soon!!

Perfect little place! 9 minutes or less drive to the beach, nice clean pool out looking a lake, check in was friendly and easy, place was clean and everything we excepted! Would recommend this to a couple or family. Will be back!!

Yamira’s place was just like the photos, she was very helpful, she checked in on us daily, wasn’t rude & handled any problem we had in the right, respectful way. She also gave out clear instructions & communicated well.

My sister & I immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful story behind the hotel that is told on a plaque in the common area. It brought us to tears. The details throughout are so thoughtful. We are grateful to have a glimpse of this beautiful place & will still again if we’re ever back in the area.

Great location, nice view - short walk to beach, grocery store, and some restaurants. Two beach chairs and umbrella included were nice to have. Water coming out of the kitchen sink was smelly but we just got bottled water to drink so it didn’t matter. Didn’t communicate much with host but didn’t have to - descriptions/instructions were clear.

Location, location, loacation!! This place is an insanely good deal and a great location. It was perfect for 2 people. We loved the walkability and wonderful restaurants that were near by. Not to mention the beach is mere steps away! Jeff also accommodated us with an early check in. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back
