Family-friendly holiday rentals in Florida

This place was clean, comfortable, well decorated, cozy and well kept. The kitchen had nice appliances for daily meals (in case you want to stay in and cook). Every room had a tv, and the Internet was fast. Bathrooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. The view of the marina from the balcony is very nice and the sunrise is expectacular and breathtaking. A lot of boats coming and going all day. At night the apartment is mostly quiet and peaceful. One night we heard a lot of noise from motorcycles and cars passing by. The property (complex) has 3 pools... One with a slide which our kids enjoyed a lot. Our only complaint is that during our stay there were no towels available. This was communicated by the host in advance so we brought our own. Overall this was a very good stay. We even were allowed a late check out which was great. Loved the treatment received by Mercedes. We would definitely look to repeat.

waldos place is worth is everytime! we come here as our home away from home and it truly feels that way. The stunning view you can't beat, the Lil kitty who comes to visit you is also a plus if you miss your animals while your away. Clean and peaceful always. (:

This property is amazing. Right in the middle of El Pueblo but private and cozy at the same time. If you are a boater is a dream come true. The dock easily fits a pair of big outboard boats. The patio is huge and the jacuzzi is spot on. Eileen is a great host. Five star overall. Hope to be back soon.

Nice, large 4 bedroom condo with of room for the family. I’ve stayed in the Fajardo area a few times as you can get better accommodations for your money and it’s easy to get to San Juan (about 1 hour) and other areas on the eastern part of the island (Ceiba ferry port, marina, El Yunque rain forest, etc). This condo has everything you need to cook a meal and is close to grocery stores (Walmart, Econo, Ralph’s). There are also many restaurants nearby. The beds are comfortable, having a large balcony and rooftop terrace was wonderful as well. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit if you need to wash clothes. I highly recommend this unit.

My girls and I had the most incredible stay here, I don’t even know where to begin! The pictures truly do not do it justice, the view left us all speechless. The home was so beautiful, clean and spacious with great views all around. The outside hot tub area was gorgeous for hang outs and again, the most outstanding view of nature. The community was very peaceful and quiet and felt safe since it is a gated community. Jose was very quick and responsive and offered great recommendations. They also provided beach towels, chairs and more that came in handy for our beach days. On that note, the beach was a short drive away and there are great restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay here again, would give 10 stars if it were possible! Can’t say enough good things about it, had the best time!

We just finished an amazing week at this condo. Fajardo is great and super convenient to everything. Local beaches are amazing great restaurants within a mile. We used all three pools and could easily walk down a path to the waterslide pool which was great at the end of a beach day. Beds were comfy and the view couldn't be beat. There were beach towels, beach bag and cooler for us to use which was super helpful. No chairs or umbrellas but we didn't need them anyways. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer worked well, but as others have mentioned the washer is loud, so we just turned it on when we left for the day. little electric grill on the patio was a nice touch. No Iron or hair dryer, but they did have soap and shampoo. Already planning to come back and would definitely stay here.

My stay in Vieques was quiet and comfortable. Waldo was incredibly kind, and I was lucky enough to try his delicious paella! Check-in was flexible and welcoming—he met me upon arrival and walked me through everything I needed to know. We also had a great conversation about life and the beauty of Puerto Rico! I would definitely stay here again but would recommend renting a Jeep due to the rugged yet manageable terrain to the apartment and around the island.

Great place and very convenient to walk into town

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering stunning views that took our breath away. It was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool, where we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature at its finest!

Loved our time at Jorge’s place! The view overlooking the water at night and with coffee in the morning was so peaceful. It was a 10ish minute drive to get groceries or food so if you are looking for somewhere walkable, that would be the only reason not to stay there. Otherwise, it had everything we needed including candles and a blender. Yes please piña coladas by candlelight overlooking water!

There are very few affordable two bed/two bath houses for rent on Culebra. While this house is small, it works well for two couples because each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The rental house is the entire upstairs portion of the building. The owner, Jaime, lives downstairs. And the manager, DiDi, lives in an apartment that is also downstairs of the rental. The parking space is at an elevation nearer to the downstairs elevation. There is a set of steps from the parking spot to the rental. We found the beach chairs and the coolers provided to be quite useful. However, the assorted snorkeling gear was not in good enough condition to be useful to us. The kitchen appliances and utensils were in excellent condition. The furniture and beds were comfortable and in good condition. The morning view of the sunrise was most excellent. The showers were hot and very much appreciated. During the ten days that our group was at the house we did not experience any electrical outage.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location and spacious place. It’s only a few minutes walk to the beautiful ocean front and Esperanza beach (which is lovely), and an easy walk to Sun bay beach also. Lovely yard although bring your bug spray as there are many mosquitoes which also got into the house. I was glad I brought a mosquito net for my baby’s playpen. It’s dark inside with the windows closed /AC on (which worked great and we preferred). There’s a nice area to sit on the front porch and a great outside shower to get the sand off. We cooked there often, the kitchen supplies could use an update (minimal and lots of scratches on the teflon pans/pots). It was quiet, there was almost no street noise /traffic and the dogs that other reviews mentioned barely barked and when they did it wasn’t loud inside at all.

This place was very comfortable and we really liked the outdoor space. It took a day to get used to an outside bathroom, but once we did, it was fine. It was actually a nice sized bathroom. We understand why there was no hot water in the kitchen, but it did add an extra step or two to cleaning up. The location is great as it's easy to walk to the beach, store and restaurants. We would go back there.

Best villa to stay in Culebra. Clean, with everything that you need. Rafa is an excellent host and took care of all our needs. Boat dock is a plus ♥️

Wonderful house in a great location near town! Victor was very responsive and answered all questions relating to house and the car rental we did through the Bravos Boyz. Houses were very clean. My only complaint would be the outdoor showers needed a better wipe down prior to us checking in. But we also understand that things outside get dirty. We spent most of our time outside in the living area by the pool, it was such a great place to hang out! The pool had some sun, some shade, which was nice. They had a collection of beach chairs, a couple beach umbrellas, and coolers for use when headed to the beach. That was very convenient. Overall, it was a terrific setup for our group of nine adults. If I ever make it back to Vieques, I would love to stay here again!

Perfect paradise in Destino! From pool views, evening stargazing, short drives to pristine beaches… we could not have asked for a better week stay!! Situated between San Isabel and Esperanza, bumpy backroads made for fantastic adventures. Peacocks on the rooftop in the morning, lizards in the evening, and horses making their way to the gate to say hello :) we hope to be back soon and Villa Destino is the place to be!! 10 stars all around!!!

A truly 5 star Air BNB. A beautiful house with everything you need for a perfect island vacation. We had an amazing time hanging out by in pool, playing games and grilling. The view from the deck/pool is incredible and it continues into the night with the stars and milky way. There was plenty of space for our group of 6, and the couch pulls out into a bed. There is also air conditioning in the bedrooms, which made the 85 degree nights comfortable. The place also had beach chairs, towels and snorkeling gear for 6 people. Julie and Hannah were always responsive, and gave awesome local recommendations and advice. We will definitely be back in the future.

Great place to stay with a young child. They had everything we needed! The location is out a ways so plan to do things around the Naguabo area if you don’t want to drive an hour for activities. The rainforest was easy to get to and we loved walking the beach nearby looking for seashells. Areas of the house could use a deep clean and there were a few open electrical boxes that may be an issue for smaller children but overall it was a great stay!

Absolutely stunning. The view was amazing. I wish I could have stayed there forever. The convenience of having each casita on one property was perfect for our family. Space to get together and spend time apart. I would 1000% recommend this property to anyone and am already looking to book again this year.

I am home from vacation as I am still thinking about our stay at this Arbnb. I loved it so much. The inside was so clean, the bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There was so much detail in this home and I could just feel the love that was put into the building and decorating of it. We are outdoor people, so we spent most of our time outside. It was my favorite. It was so peaceful sitting in the middle of her beautiful gardens. There are many different areas to sit and lounge in. I can't say enough about it. You will not be disappointed. We had a leaky french press and I contacted Lili to tell her about it and she drove a new one over to us! Talk about caring! We came with 2 adult couples, so we slept in the main house and the other couple slept in the outer suite by the pool. It couldn't have worked out better for us, but if you have small children, I wouldn't recommend them sleeping in the outer suite by the pool.

Our group of seven, 2 adults and 5 teens, had an amazing time at Connie’s gorgeous home! It is clean, has an incredibly well-stocked kitchen (spices, dishes, cooking utensils, every pot/pan you could think of, etc), and I love that the showers had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was plenty of space for us all to hang out, both inside and outside. Speaking of the outside, it was incredible! Views of both the rainforest and the ocean, lovely outdoor patio, and a great pool, that admittedly was a bit too cold for me, but the kids spent lots of time in it. Oh, and there were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. The best stocked of any place I’ve traveled! The neighborhood was gated and felt very safe, and you could hear the birds and insects and coqui frogs as you fell asleep. First floor and bedrooms all had split a/c, and everywhere but the room with bunk beds had ceiling fans, which helped keep it comfortable. We highly recommend this Airbnb!!
