Welcome to our cozy and cozy holiday apartment with the beach and the sea 500 meters away! And close to larger towns such as Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining area. Upstairs seating and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance several shops, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Cot and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately on arrival). A stair gate is installed at the top. Check-in from 14.00h. Check-out before 10.00 am. A compact tasteful sitting room dining area with beautiful views. A kitchenette with fridge induction plate Nespresso and microwave. Basic ingredients present (coffee tea pepper salt oil vinegar). Private toilet. At the rear terrace doors (also entrance) private garden (on SW) veranda and 2nd terrace (dining table, 2 sun loungers and gas BBQ). From the sitting room stairs to floor with bright luxury bedroom king-size bed modern bathroom, shower and double sink. Very quiet and 1.5km from Domburg and beach!

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! Newly built in 2021 holiday home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walk. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and floor heating.

Friendly holiday home Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located on a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where you can find nice shops and restaurants. From the park you walk directly into the dune area which gives access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Apartment Annabel is located next to a cozy detached house in Dishoek. We live five minutes cycling away from the beach and live and have a magnificent view of the Zeeland countryside. Around the apartment is a terrace where there is a place in the sun all day ( it is all around). In addition, you also have a nice view of the attractive garden from the apartment.
