The house near the forest

Stress relieving accommodation in a restored Saxon stone house build early 1840’s and located on a private 2000 sq. m quiet yard far away from city noise and pollution, all to yourself. At our house you will find the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway and enjoy nature as is located near the forest at the outskirt of the village. Close to the Fagaras mountains and Transfagarasan road, our village gets plenty of clean air and wildlife sightseeing opportunities on the Hartibaciului valley.

The tiny house is on an elevated platform and that's why it is called `The Island'. From your bed you'll have the best views of the Transylvanian hills. The apartment is part of a traditional transylanian farmhouse, with a private entryway. The rooms are freshly restored and offer a cozy and calm ambiance. Breakfast is included and consists of delicious, organic and local ingredients, most of them actually being produced on the farm, that you are welcome to visit. Farm to table dinner is available as well, upon request beforehand (at least two days before arrival). We make equisite cheese, butter, charcuterie and other delicious treats.

Fisherman's Cabin (Friendship Land)

The cabin is located in a remote, quiet place, perfect for nature lovers and for those who want to get away from the daily life. We have no electricity but we have a solar photovoltaic system. We have no running water, no bathroom, but we have an outdoor toilet and a shower, so you can feel closer to nature. You can make a barbeque, a camp fire, relax in the hammok, fish in our lake or just enjoy the silence. Our dogs and cats will be more than happy to play with you, all day long.

The cottage in the Iepii Valley was designed for couples.It is equipped with a kitchenette and everything you need to cook together but also with a barbecue area outside.If you want to dine at the restaurant, the nearest place is in Vulcan ( 5km away). The cottage also has air conditioning, central heating, Wifi, Smart TV. The cottage is reached by 4x4 car or on foot. The climb has 800m about 15\20min to climb on foot. The maximum comfort temperature is 24 degrees.

Our village is situated between Brasov city and Sibiu city, 2 km to the national way DN 1, 15 km to the faimous roud "trasfagarasan", 15 km to the highest mountains in Romania.The house is an old house wich preserves the atmosphere of the 1900s, the furniture has over 100 years old. It is a good place to experience the original peasant life in the middle of Transylvania. Here it is a good place and a easy way to discover our Country, our culture and our life.
