Cabin holiday rentals in Folsom

This is the second visit for us to the Bear Lodge. We travel a lot and the lodge is absolutely amazing! It is supplied with comforts of home and they have gone above and beyond with extras!!! We can’t recommend it enough and if your visit takes you to the Sutter Creek area….THIS IS A MUST! This is above Super Host status!

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful place to get away.

Wonderful place!!! Full of character in private surroundings. Enjoyed the hot tub, outside bar, and fireplace. Lots of nice touches with automatic entry, easy connection to indoor/outdoor speakers, and lighting. Great communication with Larry…appreciated the prompt responses and flexibility. Recommend, will come again!

The place was pretty nice. Good location. The fire pit and fire place were very nice. The hot tub was kind of murky but appreciated nonetheless.

Noel’s place is perfect for our family! Plenty of room and a great location! We would love to stay again soon!

Miner’s Camp is a very cute, quiet little cluster of cabins. Ours, a small single bed with a kitchenette was perfect for our stay at the Western States Training Camp. The cabin’s location was a short walk to the Foresthill Elementary school, coffee shop and cafes. The cabin was clean, instructions were clear, and the property was super quiet despite the other nearby cabins. Our kitchenette was minimal (we had two of everything, plates, cups, mugs, so lots of dish washing) and equipped for simple cooking rather than full meals, but it got the job done.

Exactly as described. Definitely rustic themed but very clean. Bed was very comfortable and dressed with soft linens. Perfect for my one night stay.

My sister lives in Forest Hill about 5 minutes away. We had a very nice time. We loved it. Adorable.

Everything as expected. All I needed as a single guest for a walking distance wedding reception.

We loved the place but, there were a few things that could have been better. We didn’t receive the entry instructions until 30 minutes prior to our arrival. It was a little scary driving several hours without being sure that we were going to be able to get into the cabin. Communion with Teya was quick but I provided a photo of my ID several times and was still sent emails saying that I hadn’t done it yet. Teya apologized for not seeing it and was very pleasant but it was still extra work and time that I didn’t have. The cabin was beautiful and clean but there were definitely some missed opportunities for welcoming their guests. They’re very strict with check in and out times which I respect but for the money I would have thought there would have been some sort of Tupperware or even aluminum foil in the kitchen and that I wouldn’t have to strip all the beds before checkout. I would definitely here again. The cabin and the area are beautiful.

Somewhat rustic, but beautiful and peaceful location. Carissa is very supportive and responsive. We will definitely return.

This is your classic storybook farmhouse in a fantastic setting with beautiful scenery, surroundings and lovely appointments throughout the interior. Everything has been well thought out and you will want for nothing except another stay at this amazing place.

We were truly blessed with this booking . Alla is a fantastic host , kind and helpful and generous . The home is exactly as described and in a beautiful peaceful location . The sun rises over the mountains at dawn and the cabin is perfectly built to capture it . The space within is modern , comfortable and spacious . I would recommend anyone to book who enjoys nature and values the privacy of a modern mountain lodge .

I really enjoyed my stay at Miner’s. The hosts were really proactive in giving me all the information I needed well in advance of my trip so I wasn’t stressing trying to figure everything out when I got there. The place was super cute and had a fantastic yard. Our toddler loved playing on the toys out back and the green space was perfect for us. The bed was also so comfy…we had a great night’s sleep. If you are looking for a place to relax or if you are attending a wedding down the street (like we did), this is a great choice. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing experience at the cabin. The views were breath taking and it truly made for a relaxing weekend. It was very kid friendly and there was so much to do related to being outdoors. The hosts were very accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I have stayed here multiple times and always have had a great experience. It’s a beautiful property with the full cabin in the woods experience. A beautiful night sky with the sound of nature. I highly recommend!

Sree’s home was warm, welcoming, and clean. It was so quaint and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials which was very convenient. The big dining table was perfect for us to gather around to eat, drink wine, and play cards. The beds were comfy and we all felt cozy and safe! I’d recommend coming to this gem to take in the views, relax, and unwind!

had a good time. it rained so the grandkids couldn't enjoy the grass area but it was a great theme. lots of places to eat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property and surroundings are beautiful, the cabin was rustic but with many modern conveniences, and was exceptionally clean. Linda was a particularly gracious hostess. Little touches like the wood-burning stove and the communal kitchen in the main house really elevated the experience. This is a great area with wineries, Apple Hill farms, and historic Placerville, but is also good for just getting away and relaxing. This property is a perfect central location for visits to the area. We will definitely plan on returning, next time for a longer stay.
