We offer to host you in our family pavilion. Named "Manapany"; this villa from 1962 has been renovated in a contemporary way and we have created a studio for friends, family... You can therefore enjoy the tranquility and privacy of this studio: totally independent of the rest of the pavilion, directly accessible from the outside. Guests are welcome : ideal for a romantic weekend or just a business trip. You will then discover why we are so well in this house : a quiet area but with all the amenities : easy parking, small supermarket at 150m (open until 8pm and Sunday morning) And above all: less than 3km from the hypercenter, bus stop right in front, easy and free parking.

Pretty fully restored house at the foot of the Loire River, near the old port, in a beautiful environment , very quiet. Garden without opposite side delimited by a hedge . Village full of charm and many castles less than 20 kms away. On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, large living room with fireplace, convertible sofa and a single bed. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two pull-out beds for children (no toilets upstairs)

Comfortable cottage of 40 m² located in the countryside with free access to the whole outside on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, can be used or open access. In the winter the pool is not available. Gite rated 3 stars.

Fully renovated studio of 20 sqm, adjoining our main residence. Son is independent. Possible access to the garden. Parking is available in our courtyard. You will find an equipped kitchen (microwave, plates, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, cot. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some necessities. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will enjoy it for its calm.
