Comfortable, super clean, couldn’t ask for a better location. Walkable to everything in town. Quick response time from host. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was spectacular, the area was peaceful, and it was close to lots of things to do. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed for the stay. I enjoyed the decor and I felt comfortable and right at home when relaxing in the space. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

My husband & I stayed at Emilie’s place and found it to be comfortable, clean, and convenient for exploring Asheville. Communication with Emilie was great. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful! I definitely recommend.

The apartment was clean and charming. It had all that was needed for a weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet, so we slept well, which we appreciated after full days. Kaitlin was very quick to answer any questions we had.

This was best Airbb that I've ever stayed in. The home is Beautiful and very peaceful in a nice location. The way Valerie & Chris greets you makes you feel right at home. Chris & Valerie are Some of the Nicest people I have ever met. I highly Recommend there place to anyone that is visiting the upstate area ,Thank You for all the goodies that was left for us as well.

Location was as described—no frills but all that one needs for a stay and mega convenient. The space is located near many places of interest and walkable. It was a game changer to have a parking space, making even further away places convenient by removing parking garages from the equation. The apartment does have a basement vibe and subsequent dankness about it, but for the price, it was worth its value

Perfect for what I needed- a quick place to stay for the night, close to the airport, before an early flight home. 6 minutes from the Airbnb to ALV. Cozy spot with everything we needed for the night. 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Thanks Elizabeth!

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

I appreciated the quiet and private area of the space. Alone with the view of the animals and wild life. All essentials of the kitchen and bathroom were available. So grateful of how knowledgeable you all of items that may be needed. Every location we needed and wanted to go to wasn’t far at all. Thank you Bethany and Family!

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

This was a great little place located close to everything but still in an area that felt quiet and peaceful. The place was cute, comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and if you're ever in the area I strongly recommend staying here

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery, this is the place. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and eat meals, and the furniture was also comfortable after a long day of "vacationing". I would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Loved Molly’s Place!! Outstanding views - Was able to walk to Asheville Yoga Center, Taco Temple, High Five Coffee and even downtown Asheville. The rooftop deck was icing on the cake!! The only thing I wish is that we stayed longer to use the ginormous bath tub!! But we shall return!! Love Love Love

Ellen & JD were fantastic hosts. Their home was cute, well maintained and spotless. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the morning with our coffee listening to the birds and watching the squirrels. They had all their instructions very clearly laid out. A folder with some local activities and restaurant brochures was laid out for us to use. Water pressure was great in the shower, which we appreciated. The bed was comfy and we were very comfortable in their home. Ellen even saw that we enjoyed coffee, in our profile, and made sure a coffee pot and accessories were available for us. For us, the location was perfect! Just 3 miles to visit family. We now have a beautiful, peaceful place to stay when we come for visits and we look forward to our next one.

We absolutely loved staying here! It’s private and peaceful, a great location and exactly as described. We loved having the fence for the dogs and a private hot tub! James and Netty were so communicative, we would recommend staying here to anyone looking in Asheville!

This was the perfect weekend getaway. So many beautiful sites to see and a very peaceful town. Great food in the downtown area. Private backyard and the hot tub really topped it all off. Denise and Jimmy were friendly, polite, and super easy to communicate with. I would absolutely book here again in the future.

We were so lucky to find this place about 2 miles from my Son’s house. After a short ride on some windy, hilly roads (not bad at all) we arrived in a lovely neighborhood. As hosts they were friendly and helpful and more than generous. They supplied breakfast foods, water bottles, and other food stuffs that were more than welcome after a long drive. The Airbnb was spotless and welcoming, bed (master, we didn’t use the other bedroom) was extremely comfortable. Of course the hot tub was a huge bonus that was also a welcomed perk. Barbara and Steve were there when we arrived and were More than gracious. From start to finish our visit was perfect. We felt right at home and access to downtown Weaverville and Asheville was a breeze. We will definitely return.

Excellent location! We were here for a week for a work training and were only minutes away from west Asheville and downtown Asheville (also very close to the blue ridge parkway entrance). The airbnb is clean, quiet and safe. Very peaceful in the evenings. We were very comfortable here and had a great stay.

Frank and Peter were the nicest hosts I have ever met via Airbnb (and I've stayed in a LOT of places). Their guest suite apartment was an absolute joy to stay at for a week, and would have been perfect even if I never met the hosts, but Frank and Peter made it truly special. They obviously put a lot of love and effort into their home, yard, and the overall property. Stop your search now and book with them! Very highly recommended!

What a wonderful place! The space is even more spacious than the pictures show on the listing. The hot tub was amazing and felt private. The king bed was extremely comfy! Susan was an excellent communicator and very responsive. There are several boards games their for use that my kiddo really enjoyed!
