We were very comfortable during our stay on the way to the ferry. Antoine was very welcoming when we arrived and before this responded quickly to messages. The house was already warm when we arrived, which was very nice during the winter weather. The children loved the house and we would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you Antoine for the nice stay!

Large house with large garden next to the Normandy cliffs, possibility to walk to the pebble beach 5 minutes away and on the cliff 10 minutes away . Peaceful village with children's games nearby. The house is functional, with 2 adjoining bedrooms on the well equipped ground floor (perfect for our 2 children and us 2) and 1 bedroom upstairs (not used), well equipped in terms of the kitchen, living room (some children's games, puzzles, comics) and bathroom (bathtub and shower!). The house should be nice on sunny days with the large terrace and garden. The owner is very responsive and available, it's a shame that the arrival (5 p.m.) and departure (10 a.m.) appointment times are a little restricted.

Despite not having the pleasure of meeting each other, Virginia was totally attentive and was able to make herself available as soon as possible when we had questions or special needs. Thanks for everything! 😀

Magical places in a private property with a large plus: the creek at the edge of the accommodation, peaceful for an exotic weekend. Very well maintained property, Marine is caring, flexible and proactive. Despite our scheduled checkout time, she gave us time to enjoy the nice weather outside the accommodation, which we really appreciated.

Mansion with a lot of charm, very well equipped ( both for children and adults.) large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

Comfortable and well-stocked home, a quiet and friendly garden and a pool at the top!! Take advantage of the veranda to extend aperitifs and meals with family or friends! A very welcoming and available host, all close to Magny en Vexin, Giverny .... A nearby place to recommend for a WE with family or friends!

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

A wonderful family stay at Celine’s Airbnb. The indoor pool was a real asset and much enjoyed by our grandson. Very clean, uncluttered and Celine was a responsive, friendly host.

We had a great time at Stephanie and Patrick's place, who are welcoming! The apartment is as described and very pleasant for staying in. The sauna in winter, the wood burner, the warm decoration and the environment allow a real break of sweetness and rest!

We were very happy with the accommodation that we found convenient and pleasant. Unfortunately, we didn't talk much with gwenael,because following a family event we were late at the accommodation. That's a good address.

Very nice stay in a quiet environment close to shops, gated property, very clean and functional accommodation, comfortable bedding. Within a radius of 40 km we were able to visit over 3 days Giverny the gardens of Claude Monet, the Andelys and the Château Gaillard, the village of Lyons the forest as well as the magnificent domain of the Battlefield. Welcoming, smiling and discreet hosts, thank you to them.

The listing matches the description even better! Very bright, pleasant, peaceful, spacious as well as the bedrooms...And this open fire!! We enjoyed it;-) Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the outdoors with the bad weather but it must be very pleasant to be able to enjoy the terrace as well as the green space! Beautiful hikes can fill the most savvy! We were well received by the host who is proactive, pleasant and cool (thank you for the Belgian chocolates;-) ) Recommended cottage! Thank you

A wonderfully spacious, cozy house, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious garden. For the bakery, butcher, supermarket and Sunday market, go to the nearby neighbouring village. You can enjoy hiking in the area, for example to the water mills along the Seine. Furthermore, you can visit picturesque towns and villages in the area, enjoy nature and take in the history, for example at the ruin of the castle of King Richard Lionheart. As far as we are concerned, highly recommended.
