Located on the floor of a quiet detached house with garden and fenced parking. Independent entrance, bathroom with toilet (towels provided), kitchenette equipped with a senseo coffee maker, microwave, sink, fridge, induction hob, dishes, table, TV chairs (dish towels provided). The bedroom includes lounge area with TV , bed 140cm, dresser, carrier. (SHEETS not provided) possibility of renting sheets 10 euros. maintenance 20 euros. not suitable for children under 8.

Our house, classified 3 stars, is located at the top of Réal, a village near Lake Puyvalador, in a green setting at the foot of a forest path that will take you to the Col de Sansa. A few kms from Les Angles animal park and balneo ski resort and spa, monorail tobogganing 3 kms from Formiguères ski resort. On the ground floor:living room with a 2-seater sofa, dining room and functional kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms.
