Holiday rentals in Fort Davis

We were travelling through Alpine, enroute to explore Big Bend National Park, and stayed for one night! It was a beautiful spot and very tastefully appointed. Kenneth & Jessica were responsive when we had some struggles with the exterior lock on the upstairs bedroom. We would certainly stay here on future visits. Highly recommended!!

This was an oasis away from home. Everything was as described and shown in the listing. We enjoyed morning coffee and night stargazing on the patio with beautiful views. We were so lucky to have caught a Starlink satellite launch one of the nights. Our friends stayed in the Longhorn Casita below us, so this was perfect for those traveling with others and want some privacy. We hiked, ate great food, and made memories. For food, definitely check out Buffalo Bentley's (the food, owner and staff are stellar) and Lupita's place. Do not hesitate to book this place. We can't wait to go back. Thanks, Jennifer!

Wow. This was an amazing experience. It was our first yurt stay and I think I can say that we are hooked! It was a combination of luxury and rustic and Kimberley made it just so above and beyond special. We were only there one night to see the infamous Marfa lights and it was so special and fun. We got the champagne and smores package which really made our long trip to Alpine totally worth it. The bed was super comfy- and the bathtub was a wonderful treat to soak in after a 10 hour drive! We had the impression it was more isolated, but was actually in a group of small Air Bnbs, which actually felt nice. We liked being around other people, although it was quiet and private feeling. The yurt is back in a neighborhood, backed up against a natural environment and views. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for having us.

If you belong to return to your grandma’s house with all the comforts of modern living, this is your place. Super clean, comfortable, and with some wonderful vintage touches, this place is a lovely respite and a really nice part of Alpine.

We had an amazing stay- we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The home is very spacious, it had everything we needed for a long stay, and is in a terrific town, not far from Big Bend. We just wish we could've stayed longer!

This home was a lovely experience for our family, and we were grateful to have been able to stay. It is such a beautiful little set-up in a quiet part of Marfa, with a private courtyard and cool roof deck for stargazing. It feels homey and the kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and basic spices, which we really appreciate with young-ish kids, as we tend to find it easier to eat in. We stayed for four nights and used this as our home base not just for seeing Marfa (it’s a less-than-5-minute drive to most things in Marfa) but also for trips to the McDonald Observatory, the Chihuahuan Desert Nature Center, and Davis Mountains State Park (then we ended our trip in Big Bend). Absolutely recommend this home.

Fabulous just begins to describe Bella Vista! It surpassed our expectations. Spacious home with openness to gather, but quiet and roomy enough to have privacy when needed. The amenities are above and beyond! Linens, paper goods, all household items are well- stocked. Every inch of the home is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is a cooks’ dream. The bedrooms have the best mattresses. With darkness and quiet, I slept perfectly! The mountaintop location is astounding. It overlooks town, but the feel is isolated. Peaceful with beautiful views. The long, open porch is our favorite place to hang out. We are looking forward to another visit soon.

Great house and outdoor space! It was exactly as described and beautifully decorated. The mural painted on the wall of the cowboy pool is amazing! It added to fun to the space and made it the perfect Marfa retreat.

Great place right in the middle of Marfa! Easily walkable to a bunch of restaurants and bars!
