Our 3 acres property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. Fantastic south Knoxville location yet only a few minutes to downtown and UT. Borders Baker Creek Preserve and bike park, access to over 50 miles of trails and greenways connecting to a beautiful nature center, historic sites, quarries, adventure playgrounds, & five city parks. Apartment is clean, private, and comfortable, recently remodeled. Well furnished, and close to restaurants, breweries, etc. Fast Wi-fi. Dates negotiable *Our only "chore" is to please clean any used dishes.
