A wonderful place to stay and everything exceeded our expectations! Such a lovely location, close to everything, right on the beach. Primary deck was a great place to watch the sunsets, 2nd bedroom was perfect size for our infant son. Property was quiet and extremely well maintained. Nick was a fantastic host! Would book again in a heartbeat!

What an amazing experience we had! Paul is the best host. Everything about the house and location was spot on! This was the cleanest home we've entered for vacation. It is walkable to the beach and other places in the area (about a mile) and a great central point to a ton of restaurants, shopping, and activities! We were very pleased with this gem hiding in plain site. Location is close to groceries, restaurants and hopping happy hours. The pool is close and resort offers laundry machines. We hope it will be available when we travel here again

this place is ideal for all. walking distance to the beach amenities of property. bike beach chairs umbrellas and beach towels. Kitchen had eveything you needed to serve the family and cook meals.

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed. Good amenities well supplied kitchen, responsive hosts. Would definitely stay here again. We're already considering our next trip!

The Abilene Villa was exactly how it was advertised. It has all the necessary amenities and was extra large for our needs. The rooms, kitchen, pool, closed-in Lanai, garage were all super clean and easy to enjoy. The heated pool was especially nice and enjoyable. It was easy to find and in a very clean and peaceful neighborhood not far from many stores, restaurants and other facilities and attractions. We would highly recommend staying at the Abilene Villa. We enjoyed it very much, very modern, very clean and high-quality equipment. You can tell that the owner (Germany) puts emphasis on details. Very good mattresses. Great pool and house with pool once completely different from the standard cottages in Cape Coral / Orlando area We have lived well the week and even though it is a little higher priced compared to the standard houses in Cape Coral, we can absolutely recommend and its money is worth it!

We were so happy to have a place like Vinny’s to stay at while visiting family! Not too far from Barefoot Beach and local restaurants like Coconut Jacks and Sweet Mellissa’s ice cream shop walking but I recommended stopping by Ebb n Flow bike rentals if you don’t plan on driving. Loved ending each day watching the sun set from the screened in patio! Thanks Vinny!

Mark's lovely cottage stood out from the generic, greige and garden-variety Airbnb lodging. Tastefully furnished, well equipped and centrally located, it was perfect for our five-night stay. A mile from two great Joe's--Trader Joe's and Joe's Diner--it's also in an upscale neighborhood for long walks. Mark was very responsive!

We had a great time staying at Alexis’s place. We used the heated pool a lot and enjoyed having a TV outdoors too! Location was perfect for places we like to go in Cape Coral and Fort Meyers.
