Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fort Payne

I would stay there again! Very nice - especially with dogs. They can run in the big back yard while you sit on the patio!

We loved our stay here, it was the perfect, quiet getaway and we were surprised at the size of the house. It is way bigger than it seems in the pictures. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our trip and the owners give you tons of recommendations around the area and very clear instructions on how to get there. It felt like a home rather than a cabin for rent and that’s something you can’t hardly ever find on Airbnb. If we find ourselves in the area again we will certainly be back!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely property for our girls' weekend. Cloudland Canyon is just 20 minutes away, and a large grocery store is about 10 minutes away. Thank you Sharon for being so responsive to our needs. We hope to stay with you again.

This Old House was absolutely wonderful. The surroundings were picturesque. House was immaculate and full of unique cute little cubbies and spaces. We hiked trails, fed the farm animals, and made trips into Chattanooga with ease. It was a wonderful place to spend family time for all ages. We’ve decided it will be our new family vacation spot!

My husband, our doggie, and I had a fantastic vacation! We felt right at home with the comfortable furniture, the cute decorations, and how dog friendly the property was. We all enjoyed the fenced in backyard and the great location. We walked downtown and hiked Little River Canyon National Preserve, Desoto State Park, Noccalula Falls Park, Cherokee Rock Village, High Falls Park, Lake Guntersville State Park, and Buck’s Pocket State Park. My husband and I also visited the Cathedral Caverns. The house is centrally located with so many trails, overlooks, and waterfalls nearby, not to mention excellent restaurants! Everything was perfect.

This was our third time staying with Deelip in his various AirBNB's. Always has everything we need upon arrival!

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!

I feel lucky we found this place for our weekend getaway. It feels so far removed and peaceful but is so close to so many places & things to do. After our adventures to Cathedral Caverns, Scottsboro, & Mentone it was great to be able to come back and relax. If we had another day, Chattanooga is super close as well. The place itself was very clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Has all you could want...great kitchen for cooking if you want to, washer/dryer, comfy couches and great internet. There is an awesome porch swing, gorgeous sunrise view, and plenty of space. The hosts are top-notch. Excellent communication, answered all my questions and were happy to help if we had need anything. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
