Beachfront holiday rentals in Fort Walton Beach

We stayed with our three kids, 4 and under. The place was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay there again! I love how clean the apartment was and how everything is labeled. If your kids are rambunctious the space might be to small for you. Hands down best vacation so close to the beach and WOW what a shoreline. Thank you Didi and Glen!!!

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

We had a great time! Nice area for walking our dogs. About a minute and a half walk to access the beautiful beach. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable living room, patio, and bedroom. Soft bed linens. Quiet ceiling fans! Nice televisions. The kitchen had just about anything you might need to whip up a meal. There’s an electric tea kettle for my pour over coffee! Washer/dryer unit works very well! Spacious shower-very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Very responsive to fit all your needs. Had some issues but they were quick to answer me back.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Ideally equipped and clean townhome for our one week vacation to Destin. Host was always contactable and very quick to respond. Very close to the beach and shops (good to rent a car - if you did not drive down). Definitely recommended.

Johns place was just as described! He was very personal with his responses to multiple detailed questions I threw his way! He responded so quickly (less than 15 mins) to my communication which made decision to book his home a no brainer! Beach access was just as described and amazing to have a private pool in Florida to yourselves! He provided all the beach gear and pool accessories to make pool and beach visit a breeze! Stayed Thanksgiving week, 4 adults, 4 kids 10-13 years of age. Safe area, short walk to beach, overall we had a great experience.

Our family visited during our Christmas break. The house was warm and inviting with beautiful views of the sound. It felt like we were home as soon as we walked in. Everything was easy to find and access. We would definitely choose this home again if we come back.

My friends and I had a great stay at Jason’s place! We had so much fun around 30A and it was the perfect size little house for four people.

House is wonderful for big family gatherings. Plenty of room and stocked with full of things to keep everyone entertained. The extra AirB&b taxes and cleaning fees were way huge than I was expecting, but the house was great!

The private pool was awesome and we loved being so close to the beach.

We loved our stay here. Private and peaceful but close to places to grab groceries. Perfect for our family. The beach is right out the back door. Doesn’t get better than that! Dream location.

We loved staying here! Super clean, very quiet, lovely amenities! The beach access was super easy to get to one house away and the beach itself wasn’t overcrowded at all since it’s a private beach. We were provided beach towels, bikes, and plenty of kitchen amenities. Check in was SO easy. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. The beach was perfect. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the property was very proactive and responsive to us during that time. Felt totally safe and would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

Thank you so much for having our small group. We travel every year for New Year's Eve and this was my favorite place to stay. The views were straight out of a tv show/movie. The condo was well kept and the beds extremely comfortable. The property manager Michael made the whole check in/reservation process quick and understandable. The property was everything it said it was in the description, well worth the price. We were so thrilled with the vacation we are trying to figure out how to get back this year for 4th of July weekend. We will be in touch soon to try to plan it out if possible. It was nice. We noticed the beach chairs were rusty and broken. We didn’t use them but wanted you to know. One sink faucet in master bath needed to be tightened. Windows needed cleaning. Some teflon cookware was chipped and peeling off.

The views were amazing! Right on the water along with the pool. We celebrated my 31st birthday and we had an absolute awesome time at Chris’s place. Crystal was very helpful too! Would definitely stay again!

Our family loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for the 13 of us. We loved that we could fish right out back & easily walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
