Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fortaleza

I stayed for 3 weeks, it was very good because it felt like home. The apartment is well located, 1 block from the sea. It has OMO laundry amenity.

The apartment is very complete, we don't miss anything! The stay was great and the hosts are very quick to respond and highly requested. I recommend it!

Very good apto with a wonderful view, all very great

The apartment is very comfortable, has one double bedroom and one with two single beds. The pool is big is very good, wonderful. It is located in the best part of Beira Mar de Fortaleza. It is very good to walk on Beira Mar at night, I recommend.

It exceeded our expectations, it was the best accommodation we were left, all impeccable. clean sheets, smells, comfortable beds. The location is another strong point, we know the waterfront, which is nearby and we were able to arrive by taking a walk. We hired a tour through a local agency, and they easily found our location, picked us up and left in front of the building. Comfortable environment!! quiet neighborhood!! If questions remain, rest easy will be an excellent choice.

The stay was very good. The house has a very beautiful outdoor area, very good pool and full barbecue space. My family and I loved the days we spent. The house is very close to the beach and a few minutes from the village of Cumbuco.

Great house! Complete! We went to 4 families with some children and babies, everyone enjoyed the spaces a lot! It was worth it! Careful and proactive housekeeper, always organizing and taking care of the place. Mr. Paulo answered whenever we need it. I recommend it and will be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

Extremely Spectacular House! The House corresponds exactly as in the ad, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his homemade, Mr. Milton, always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close by, giving an even greater air of safety for the days of lodging. Absolutely, I'll be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent in order to perform a party, it was my birthday and I put a band at 6 pm, only for guests, still, even within the time allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint by sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so better to avoid loud sound!!

Apartment as in the description of the photos, very well located, close to everything (bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, bank, etc.). Amazing panoramic view!! excellent communication with Mrs. Gilmara (we need to make an early check-in and we were welcomed). We will definitely be back!! I highly recommend it!!

Very cozy place. Everything very organized and of extreme good taste. Comfortable beds, new air conditioned that leave the whole apartment air-conditioned, we do not suffer from the heat of Fortaleza. All that was described on the listing was in agreement! Nothing to complain about. The location of the building is very good, and safe !
