Beachfront, breathtaking view, with car park

Top location, fabulous view, the apartment is on the waterfront, across the street you will be on the promenade at the entrance of the bathing establishments. When you enter (from the 2nd floor) you will feel in a boat, climb the modern stairs and breathtaking views. Attic attic on the 3rd floor, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom, all new. No elevator. Liveable pocket terrace for eating, sunbathing and aperitifs. Parking garage, air conditioning,washing machine, linen, dishwasher, etc.

New and comfortable apartment on the Gulf of Poets

San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.

The apartment includes: a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher , a bathroom with shower and two double, adjoining rooms. It has a terrace with an astonishing sea view. Within the rooms there are both the conditioning air and the heating system. There is also the car park. Stunning apartment close to the sea

Luminoso trilocale appena ristrutturato a due passi dal mare, fino a 6 posti letto, terrazza abitabile vista mare, piccolo giardino e posto auto privato. Molto fresco e areato comunque dotato di aria condizionata. Zona residenziale molto silenziosa e tranquilla ma ottimamente servito (supermercato e negozi a 300mt).
