Beachfront holiday rentals in Forte dei Marmi

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Everything as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and comfortable apartment for my parents since there were no stairs, clean, tidy, nothing was missing. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in everything.

Renovated apartment, just for 4 people, sea view from all the windows, location directly on the seafront, everything is perfect! We did not use anything but very comfortable washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, waffles, cookies and snacks in addition to fresh water. Friendly guest, available and always quick to respond, flexibility in check-in and check-out, nice to find people who welcome you with a smile (both mother and son). We will definitely be back.

Very pleasant stay of a busy weekend. Ideal place to visit the surroundings, cinque terra , carrare, quarries and the sea 200m away. Awesome.

Lola, very kind, attentive and helpful, the terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful and has allowed us to have lunch outdoors on December 29, exceptional sunsets and the noise of the waves in the background. The parking lot is a little limited but having already visited 5 Terre, Portovenere and surroundings, we preferred to learn more about Tellaro and Lerici.

Short walk to a beach which was really convenient. Everything you needed to cook your own meals in the kitchen. Nice bonus to have the outdoor sitting area Great host!

The room is very spacious and bright, with stunning sea views right outside the window. It is within walking distance of seaside attractions, and supermarkets and restaurants are readily available.

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

What a perfect base to explore Tuscany. The host and staff were responsive and helpful, the apartment is well equipped and exactly as pictured and the location is great. It was mostly quiet and not crowded, and having access to the private garden, our own beach cabana, adequate AC and the lovely pool made the July heat bearable. We visited Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre easily by train and it was always a pleasure to return to the much less busy Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. We loved our time at Bagno Lelia.

Beautiful location with a great view from the deck. Clean minimal house. Easy parking for €5/day in winter €10 in summer. The nice thing about staying in the winter is that the beach is clear. The only negative is that the restaurant downstairs blows smoke Friday-Sunday. This means that if the wind is wrong a ton of smoke blows into the apartment. Not the owner’s fault but can be very unpleasant is you have a smoke sensitivity.

Marcello is really nice, offered to pick me up from the train station and went out of his way to help me find a copisteria ! Appartment is clean and nice, not much to do around but it was low season, good place to look for peace and quiet !

Marco’s place is beautiful, the area is beautiful and so is the street. Recently renovated, everything is spotless and thoughtful. I could see and feel the attention to detail throughout. Marco and his son couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Met us at the piazza and helped with the our luggage and explained everything about the accommodation. Lovely bottle of wine on arrival, snacks and coffee. I would highly recommend. We loved it, Tellaro is stunning. Our own regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much we hope we will return.

We didn't catch a full sunny time, but Silvia and Tommaso's place was perfect for recharging and relaxing! We hiked, had a good meal, rested, played, had a great time! Thank you for the experience!

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Very very friendly hosts were about value for money, everything is as there is really nothing missing in this house. The landlady always gave some information if something took place in the city. So actually you don't need to take anything with you except for swimming trunks a bike or e scooter to inquire about the area and that was very enthusiastic about this facility! Were very very very pleased with our vacation here! Thank you to Annalisa and Sergio until the next time and all the best to you !

Around the corner is the sea. We were there for the weekend. Loved it. We'd be happy to come back.

Absolutely stunning place. We fell in love with the apartment, the house, the whole condominium and the surroundings. Matteo is a very nice person, he was always helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, large, very well equipped, quiet and safe. Trouble-free parking in front of the house, everything inside the fenced area, so absolutely safe. The surroundings are amazing...a short walk to a large and long beach, a short walk to a wonderful large forest, which is great for walks. A restaurants and a supermarkets are also very close. We really liked it here and are already thinking about when we will return there. Thank You.
