Large townhouse/townhouse on a classic old farm. Quiet and rural location close to the fjord with 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. There are several beaches/swimming areas to choose in between from a 10-15 min walk. 10 minutes by bus into the city centre, frequent departures. Various shops and serving places (pizza, sushi, hamburger, seafood) within short walking distance. Sunny terrace on the 1st floor and evening sun on the roof terrace on the 3rd floor. Three living rooms/living rooms. Large green outdoor areas and their own playground on the farm.

2.2 km from Granåsen. 5.5 km from the city center. 1 km from Bymarka. Large townhouse, 178 sqm. Four bedrooms. Two newly renovated bathrooms, laundry room, living room and loft living room. The loft living room can be closed with sliding door. Large patio and private outdoor living room. (8 beds, but the possibility of at least two extra ones on the mattress in the bedroom or loft living room). Possibility of electric car charger at additional cost. Bed linen and towels are included in the price for washing. The house has ring doorbell with camera.

Cozy townhouse in a kid-friendly location. Walking distance to SkiVM 2025. Nice patio. Playground right outside the door. VM 2025 Walking distance to Bymarka with great hiking terrain. 1,5 km to Granåsen (World Cup 2025 ). More nice bathing water. 2 min to large Rema-1000 store(and more). Two minutes to the bus stop that takes you straight down to the city center (15 min) Great for families with children/couples who want to experience Trondheim. In the city center you can visit the pier bath (water park), Munkholmen, good food and cultural events.

Spacious house with parking in peaceful area

A perfect spot for tranquility and wellness with large space both indoors and out. Three bedrooms and up to 5 beds with a total of two double beds and a single bed. Luxurious bathroom with spacious shower zone and large bathtub. This is a unique and family friendly apartment with ground floor entrance, 2 terraces and large outdoor gas grill. Only 3 minutes walking distance to the nearest bus stop and grocery store. 12 minutes walking distance to the train station and Heimdal Sentrum. Several playgrounds for children in the immediate vicinity.

Ski-VM Trondheim! Nice and spacious four-bedroom home.

Stylish and modern home. kitchen and living room renovated in 2022. Second room with good standard. 3 bedrooms with plenty of space Enjoy very good sun conditions and nice view with a west facing terrace. Good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity and short distance to the city centre for good restaurants and other sights if you wish. For the little ones, there is a playground just across the street from the residence. Public transport directly to the city center right outside the residence.

Cozy, spacious and child friendly townhouse at Lade

Large and nice townhouse on lovely Lade. Well suited for the extended family or two families with children. Four bedrooms and sleeps 7-9. Free parking. The townhouse is close to the botanical garden, Ladestien, and 300 meters from Devlebukta (beach). There is a great deal of shops in the immediate vicinity, and close to a short walking distance to the bus and train station. Good bus coverage to the city center (9 min) and the shuttle bus to Granåsen/Ski-VM. 17 minutes by car to Granåsen.

Neat and modern townhouse - 3 bedrooms

Bring family or friends on vacation and rent my cozy townhouse in a quiet location. At the same time, it is central to both shopping center and the city center. 3 bedrooms of good size with double beds in each room. There is also a dedicated hook for a home office with a work chair, monitor, and a raise-layer table. Parking is available for 1 car outside at the fixed parking lot. Otherwise, there is parking in the nearby area and in the short-term space. Nice view to the sea from living room

A modern townhouse with fantastic outdoor area

Angelltrøa er et veldig populært og barnevennlig område. Rekkehuset er pent og godt vedlikeholdt med endeplassering. Solforholdene er fantastiske og varer til solen går ned. Store solrike terrasser på begge sider av huset. Det er parkering i gårdsplassen for to biler (carport). Kort vei til skogen og marka hvor du finner utallige friluftsmuligheter (10 min gange) Huset har to soverom og ei stor kjellerstue, samt 1 1/2 bad. Perfekt for både små og store familier.

Bearing the house next to the fjord

Welcome to the oceanfront townhouse in nice surroundings! Although it is rural, it is only a 10 minute drive by car to the center of Trondheim. Stop for bus and train is also close by. It is close to swimming area, beach and Ladestien which is a famous coastal path here. Here you can see lambs and horses right outside the window, and you can have breakfast from the porch with a lovely view of the fjord. There is little visibility, and all-day sun conditions.

Stroll 400 m to the nearest bus stop that takes you directly to Trondheim city center (20 min) (Bus no. 71) or use a car with 2 free parking spaces.
