Holiday rentals in Four Mile Creek

This was an absolute favorite for all 3 of us, natives to different countries, well-travelled, etc. We were in awe of the attention to detail, creative touches, comfy coziness, beauty of the surrounds, extensive local/extra local info—but most of all, the warmth and kindness of our hosts. We cannot recommend this beautiful home highly enough, and would travel vast distances and time zones for another superb stay here. If you are in the kind, thoughtful appreciation group, no doubt you’ll love it like we did. Heaps of gratitude to our lovely hosts!

We really enjoyed our couples stay at this property. The view was incredible and the house had all we needed. It was very well cared for and clean.

A breathtaking magical escape. The picture windows allowed all that beauty into the space. The bed, the bath, the views… Would have loved to have extended our stay. We’ll definitely be back!!!

A beautiful home with magnificent views. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well laid out and has everything needed to cook meals. There is only a small grocery store in Coles Bay, and whilst we were able to find everything needed, it might be worth stocking up before you arrive. We especially enjoyed the little reading nook! The location is a stone’s throw from some amazing hiking trails - wineglass bay, sleepy bay and friendly beaches, to name a few! There are also a few options to eat nearby such as Freycinet Marine Farm. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Ocean Retreat is an absolute pleasure to stay at. The deck and pool overlooking the ocean is what sets this place apart, the view is breathtaking. The heated pool is a great temperature, we used it even though the weather wasn't really warm. The kitchen has great amenities and is well stocked for entertaining. Having two dishwashers and a butlers pantry is brilliant. BBQ is huge! Makes cooking for the family easy. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom/ensuite, makes it great when you have 4 couples staying like we did. All the bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of room for the bassinet and stuff for our infant. The layout of the loungeroom is well considered too, the gas "woodheater" gives all the ambience of a log fire without the mess and warms the area really well. Thank you Nigel and Courtney for a fantastic stay, we hope to be back again soon!

The brightness of the living space was amazing! And the darkness of the bedroom downstairs was equally amazing. It was an ideal location. At the road, as you turn off the main road to the neighborhood there is the BEST BEACH! Don’t bother going anywhere else. We went to Mt. William…don’t go. A long way and no payoff. The beaches there, in Binalong are far better and the scenery is unmatched. The rocks are super fun to climb on. This location was perfect. Would definitely go back. There is a grill outside too! Bonus!

A perfect spot near Freycinet National Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location for access to the park. As an extra bonus, we also found good eating spots nearby. Views from the front deck were spectacular, particularly sunset.

Beautiful home, great location, wonderful host. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Just a fabulous stay. Away from everything. Close to nature, the sea, the sky.
