Holiday rentals with beach access in Framura

We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

The location of the accommodation is very central, everything is within walking distance. And walking right in the bathing suit to the bathroom in the sea is already a luxury. The rooms are rather dark, the feeling of being a little like being in a ship. Fabio communicates reliably and emphatically.

Thank you, dear Sara, for providing your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access. The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and in the bedrooms, but we are both quite tall. We were able to arrange it very well and for us it was not a problem. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you very much!

We had a great stay at Stefan's apartment. The apartment is not far from the train station to make excursions to the Cinque Terre and other beautiful places, such as Camogli, Santa Margherita, Portofino and Sestri Levante. The apartment is located in a beautiful classic house with a lot of stairs. Very nice garden with a great view of the sea. Minus point, the parking is not right at the house, if you have a lot of luggage, you have to walk several times. Upon our arrival, Stefano had fortunately helped us with our luggage. We got restaurant tips for Recco and Camogli.

Giorgio is incredibly nice and helpful! We had to cancel the apartment we had actually reserved in Camogli after we arrived at the place and sat down to find a new apartment at 8pm in the evening. At 9pm we had agreed with Giorgio and at 11pm he met us and helped us check in. He assisted finding parking for our car, and was generally absolutely delightful in every way. The apartment is nice, with a sea view from one bedroom, and what you need for dishes, cutlery and pots to be able to cook there. The bathroom is small but with powerful water pressure in the shower and hot and delicious water. The bedrooms are large and airy, with several windows in each room (needed, as the apartment is on the top floor, and it can get a little warm). The beds are a bit hard. In the living room there is a sofa and dining table and everything is perfectly fine. The apartment is perfectly located, with walking distance to everything. The city's best restaurant is located in the building next door, and there is a short way to everything. We can safely recommend staying here!

we stayed about a week and had a great time! rainy in March but regardless the surroundings are beautiful with a couple of food places nearby. when the sun is out it's great to sit on the beaches nearby to read and enjoy the sea breeze.

The apartment is very spacious and well located. I want to mention that given its location close to the main street it is quite noisy especially in the summer when we have to leave the windows open. But otherwise 5 min to everything. And the hosts were accommodating

Everything as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

The apartment was very nice and well equipped for a comfortable stay. It gave the feeling of a house and you feel like staying as someone's guest. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a smooth check-in and stay. The kitchen, apartment and the washrooms had everything that you may need during the stay. Especially fully equipped kitchen made our lives very easy. The apartment is close to grocery stores and the beach. There is parking available in from of the house. I did not understand the presence of so many bells in the apartment 🙂. Overall it was a great experience apart from the fact that there were a lot of decorative pieces so we had to be careful not to mix or lose our stuff in it 🙂. I would definitely recommend it and would book it again if we visited the area again.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Very nice, individually laid out house with a dream garden! Sitting on the terrace in the sunshine, looking at Santa Lucia or the sea all the way to Corsica - and you can relax! The sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, visits to Lucca, Pietrasanta or the Cinque Terre are possible by car, hikes of course as well. Gloria is easily accessible and uncomplicated with "special requests". The apartment was a little cool in March, but the kitchen and the bedroom could be heated well - moving in the small room without heating was a bit cold. All in all: nice place- highly recommend! The cottages and even better than the pictures , new. It is spacious in a beautiful village on the heights of Levanto, 10min by car from the train station to visit the 5 lands. It's the perfect place to stay. Regarding the hosts, they are exceptional...and that's not to say! Responsive and attentive to our well-being. An unusual sympathy Alberto goes beyond a lot of tourism professionals. You can rent a cottage as much for the cottage as for its hosts Thanks for everything Gazielle and Alberto

I stayed for 8 nights in early August with my son and immediately felt completely comfortable in the apartment where I found all the comfort and discretion I was looking for. The area is perfect. Just below the house are my bakeries and my favorite restaurants! The Conad is a stone's throw away and the market area right behind the house is beautiful to frequent in the morning with its pedestrian streets and all the shops. Gianmarco is a super kind and caring host. I'll definitely be back!

Lovely apartment, newly restored structure and a stone's throw from the sea No problem finding a parking lot a few steps from the house In three days we never used the car Very close station, but the apartment is well soundproofed We found coffee, sugar water a little of everything, if we could have made pasta without buying anything Really great welcome

Charming apartment with a sea view. Everything is clean and as described. Paola and her husband greeted us when we arrived and were very responsive when we asked them questions. The garage is a plus. The city center is 5min walk and the train station that serves the 5 lands, or Genoa, Portofino 15min walk. Great, I recommend it!!!

Cozy apartment with great views. There were a lot of steps even with limited luggage but that's expected and how you get the amazing views. We struggled a bit to find in the rain from the parking garage but the host took care of everything. We were met by Sabrina and her daughter who were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything about the apartment and have some restaurant ideas. The views from the balcony and terrace were amazing and the area is wonderful. Easy to hike or catch trains from here. We miss it and would return.

We had an amazing stay at Graziano’s apartment. It was spacious, full of light and very clean. We were received by his son Paolo who was very courteous and polite. we would definitely come back to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone..

The place is really charming, comfortable and has a great view. Both hosts are super nice and always helpful, their house is just as described in the photos. Hope to come back soon!

Lovely clean apartment, walking distance to free beach. Air conditioning and private parking is a big plus. Daniela was very quick to respond to questions. We had a very nice time overall.
