On the front line facing the remarkable site of the Ville Close de Concarneau, in a secure building, very quiet apartment, not overlooked on the garden with fully renovated and equipped balcony terrace: a washing machine + dishwasher ... Has 3 bikes available. Free parking. Cleaning included. The closed city, all shops on foot through the small ferry.
