Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Franklin County

Beds were clean and comfy, centrally located, plenty of parking, two fire places. Great for family get togethers! Not a list of things to do before you check out which is rare to find!

Our group of eight solo adults spread out comfortably in this house. One adult shared the king bedroom with her mom but otherwise no one needed to share a bed. There was a twin bed downstairs we didn’t even use plus the couch upstairs was a pull out and we didn’t use that. So beds galore is what I mean. We prepared some meals together in the kitchen. It’s none too big but had everything we needed. Dishwasher, microwave, 12-cup coffee maker, plenty of dishware. Very well equipped. Dining room table only seats 6 and we didnt see any extra chairs anywhere—that would have been helpful but we made do. Bathrooms well stocked, no complaints. Hot tub was a big hit. Very easy to use and in excellent condition. We spent a very comfortable two nights at Kurt’s place. It’s very well-suited for hanging out, with lots of seating and flat screens everywhere. Also very easy to get in the house. Finally, the host was so responsive and courteous and kind. Highly recommended.

It's a beautiful AirBnB. Close to all things TriCities. We loved the hot tub, chefs kitchen and comfy beds. It only has two bedrooms. So sleeping six means sleeping on a chintzy sleeper sofa for two adults. I would not recommend this place for more than 4 adults. If you have 5, one is going to draw the short straw to sleep on that thin sofa mattress. Blinds didn't work. It was a selling feature of the home that we could enjoy this "home on the river with views". We could not enjoy them from inside because their blinds are broken. It's a nice stay but they've got some work to do before they get a 5 star rating.

This place is beautiful looks exactly like the pictures. It’s got a ton of space. The kitchen had everything you needed and more to cook a nice meal. The backyard was awesome with a spa and cute hammock. It was also super clean like spotless and the neighborhood felt very safe and was very quiet. I’ve stayed at a few of Tori’s properties and honestly she’s the best host I’ve ever dealt with very kind and responds almost immediately she’s amazing:) will definitely be back again.

Our stay was amazing! The house is perfect for 2 people with the cutest set up and really great bathroom and kitchen! Love the little touches and special treats for us and our dogs! The backyard is the best bonus, our labs had plenty of room and they were definitely feeling very comfortable! The hot tub was also super enjoyable as well especially after a full day of playing softball! We would love to stay here again! This was definitely a top pick to add to our list of favorites! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
