Holiday rentals with a pool in Fraser

We fell in love with Granby last year and knew we wanted a ski in/out house instead of a condo this year and this house was perfect! It was just a family of 4 so we didn’t utilize the down stairs but will consider here in the future with friends and their kiddos! Easy access to lift, then take home again down the mountain right back to the road! Super easy.

Great stay! Very clean place with lots of room. Hot tub was great and the short walk across the street to access the ski slope was easy for our family with 3 toddlers.

Great cozy stay. Good location and was even within walking distance to downtown area of Winter park. There is also a free bus that services winter park ski resort, downtown, and even other nearby towns. Bedrooms were spacious. The whole unit was very up-to-date. The kitchen had extra supplies like cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc. All that would have made it better would of been had they provided us with coffee. The furniture was comfortable and they even provided a couple games. Good stay, nice locations, fairly priced

Great hosts, very responsive. Previous guest had taken the keycard needed for the pool and clubhouse, but the host called the HOA immediately to make get a new one made for us and make sure we could still have access in the meantime. Once it was ready, the host hand delivered it to our front door and left it for us. They were proactive in checking in with us to make sure there was nothing else we needed and communicated well throughout our stay. Nice to have not only access to a washer dryer but also be supplied with laundry supplies in case we needed to do a load. Kitchen was complete with all we needed to cook. Clubhouse has all supplies needed to participate in any activities (ex: floaties and toys for the pool, racquets and balls for tennis/pickleball/racketball, basketballs, etc). Would recommend and stay again!

This was a lovely, comfortable home. My lil grandson referred to it as his Mountain Cabin and didn't want to leave. The views were great. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. There were plenty of TV's, internet access and a great game room downstairs. We enjoyed the winter ski time and would love to go back in the summer. We highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay.

Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views and well-appointed house. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. We had a great stay here in the winter! It's conveniently located to everything you want in Fraser and Winter Park. We appreciated the size of the place, the kitchen was well stocked, and the ability to use the garage in the winter was awesome!

Loved our stay at Isaac's. The condo is in a great location between the ski resort and the town with a shuttle bus stopping in the parking lot outside of the condo. It's minutes to the slopes and to the town. Isaac is very kind and hospitable, very responsive and caring. The condo is very well appointed with everything you might need to feel like home. Plenty of cooking gear, utensils, plates, even some small conveniences like salt, pepper and napkins - it's really like a lived-in home that you come back to. There are also plenty of towels. The furniture is comfortable and there is everything you might think of - a breakfast bar, a dining table, a huge sofa with chairs. The overall condition of the condo is not the most updated or modern, but that was OK for us, it is all in working order and clean. We would be back!

Condo was very clean and well stocked. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it had plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. It was in easy walking distance to the main street and shuttle bus stop. Unfortunately, the outside hot tub was not working while we were staying but it looked nice.

We are a retired couple with a small dog, and we had a wonderful stay in Natalie's condo. The space was comfortable and spotless and had everything we needed. Granby is close enough to Winter Park and Snow Mountain Ranch for daily ski outings, there is a good grocery store nearby, and there are also plenty of good restaurants around. We highly recommend Natalie's listing.

My family enjoyed the quick access to and from the lift. This allowed my family to enjoy meals between skiing. The condo had plenty of space and was warm and cozy retreat to rest and relax. It is also close to a grocery store and not far from multiple towns to grab food if needed.

We had a wonderful time! Our plans included skiing at Winter Park, which was about a 25-minute drive, and visiting Hot Sulphur Springs, just 15 minutes away. Though the Silver Creek facility is older, it was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the onsite amenities, especially the hot tubs. Overall, a great experience!

Great space for a family ski weekend! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but the free shuttle makes it easy to get to the mountain. Cozy and well appointed.
