This place is so so special. Book it and you will not regret it! The cabin is very clean. The grounds feel very safe, private and secluded on the property. The sounds of the creek, and birds really add to the peacefulness of the escape. The add ons are well worth it and look like someone really cared and took their time to prepare for you. This was a surprise for boyfriend’s birthday and he was so happy and felt right at home. Grateful The bathroom was very clean but is about 40feet away out doors so pack a comfy warm robe, slides and a lantern or flashlight (to light the way) in case you need to quickly go in the middle of the night. I liked the experience of it being outside overall. Fire pit and grill seemed easy to work. The hosts are super responsive. If you want to sleep in a little I’d recommend an eye mask as the cabin brings in lots of natural light as the sun rises. We loved our stay and will absolutely be back for a longer stay!

This place is more beautiful than the pictures show. You can hear the river, see the mountains, and feel completely comfortable & private. Highly recommend leaving all the blinds up and open to see wildlife while inside. It was amazing!

Perfect cabin in the middle of a 5 acre paradise. Nice and quiet, loved hearing the neighbors roosters in the morning! Great place for a getaway. Phone and internet service wasn’t the greatest if you had to make a call but a great way to unplug from our phones and connect to nature. Our 2 giant dogs loved the area to run around as well as the basement was nice and cool for them to sleep. They loved the place more than us we could tell. Would love to stay here again! Just need bug zappers at each door

Jordan was a very helpful and responsive host, offering local recommendations and answering any questions we had. The cabin was very cozy and located in such a beautiful area, and we’d love to stay again sometime!

Just got home from our little get away. The cabin was wonderful! Had everything we wanted. The view waking up to from the bedroom window was breathtaking. The kitchen had everything you could need and the view from that huge picture window was beautiful! We enjoyed the large hot tub and made good use of the pool table. The weather wasn't the best and got a little chilly but the fireplace helped with that. This weekend was exactly what we needed....Beauty, relaxation and peace! Thanks Mark!

This property is great! The locations is convenient to the local area and wineries but feels so peaceful and private. The outdoor areas and hot tub are nice and the house was clean, very spacious, and well appointed.

We loved our time at the Wizards Chalet! It was perfect for our family of 4. A short 20 minute drive to the Park was the perfect distance. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Everything was spotless and we would do it again!

John's place was fantastic and just as described! It's perfect for a quiet getaway and has everything you need. Will definitely be staying there again soon!

We had a lovely stay! We especially loved how peaceful and quiet the area was. It was a great home base to access Shenandoah National Park and Shenandoah River State Park. The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed, and Tori was easy to communicate with!

Great view, cozy spot. Loved Bald Top Brewery and hiking nearby. Perfect place to stay for a wedding we attended at Early Mountain Winery.

Amy’s A-frame cabin on the pond as great for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. We loved the fire pit and used it both nights. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Colonial Beach and Westmorland State Park but still nice and private!

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing stay in the blue ridge area of western VA! A great spot to stay for hiking old rag mountain. Would stay here again.

We had such relaxing stay! Our golden retriever and bloodhound LOVED playing in the yard. Close to a small town with some good restaurants. Easy drive to Shenandoah NP. Space was so clean you would have never guessed that this place has dogs coming in and out of it. Would definitely come back!!

The house was really nice and a great place to stay! Having the lake directly across the street was really nice to wake up to. The hot tub was such a nice amenity to have, and it was a "proper" hot tub! We would love to stay here again!

Booked this trip for a nice weekend getaway for just me and my husband. We LOVED the views and enjoying the peaceful sounds of the mountains. We did some exploring of downtown Luray and had a nice dinner at Chop House Bistro(amazing entrees). Take the owners recommendations and take a AWD or 4WD for the road to the cabin. We did and couldn't imagine not having it. We saw so many deer up the path to the cabin the night after dinner, it was beautiful! && the view from the cabin in the hot tub was AMAZING! We can't wait to bring our daughter with us next time to do some more exploring!

Enjoyed my stay. Definitely need more than a day to be able to enjoy the resort. Reservation staff were extremely sweet and helpful. Very peaceful and homey.

We were looking for a cabin getaway for a casual and relaxing weekend with our dog, Noodle. Elena's place exceeded our expectations. Noodle loved running around the yard and I enjoyed sitting on the porch reading my book with coffee (or wine) in my hand. Elena was incredibly responsive and answered our question within minutes. We are already planning the next weekend we can book!

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriela's property! The home was clean and looked just as pictured. The riverfront access was wonderful. We were able to do quite a bit of fishing from the bamk and enjoyed having the canoe available for use as well. It was a very peaceful stay. Neighbors aren't too far away but it was very quiet, and there is still great privacy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Allen's place. We came with 2 kids, 1 dog and grandparents. It's super quiet and comfy with stores not far and in driving distance. Highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a special place to relax and have great family time.

Th place is part of a resort so we can use quite a few amenities. Some of the stuff are free (pool and mini golf) while others require a small fee ( rent omg a boat or horseback riding). Overall the place is clean. This is also our first time in a yurit and we really enjoy the experience. Do note that this is an enhanced version or a tent. When it rains. You do hear every drop of it. We did wake up a few times in the middle of the night for that. Overall a great experience though. Definitely will want to come back again.

Great spot. Comfortable. Beautiful outside with plenty of places to sit and take in the views. Awesome bird watching. Convenient to Luray Caverns; a bit of a haul to Shenandoah, but 100% worth it for the hot shower, full kitchen and comfy places to unwind after an epic hike.

Loved it was quiet close to the caverns and the mountains well kept hot tub very beautiful
